I intentionally didn't point it out because I wanted to see if they thoroughly inspected and cleaned garments. When I picked it up, the stain was still there. I decided to give them another chance. Last week, I took in a dress I wore to a wedding. It wasn't visibly dirty, but I had been dancing all night, so it definitely needed to be properly cleaned. When my husband brought it home, it still smelled like my perfume and sweat, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. Paying $30 for a dress that came back smelling exactly the same was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend this business.

When I questioned the pricing on alterations, Sharon at the front counter told me that they have "thousands of happy customers" and don't need my business. A long-time customer should never be made to feel that their business doesn't matter.
