I intentionally didn't point it out because I wanted to see if they thoroughly inspected and cleaned garments. When I picked it up, the stain was still there. I decided to give them another chance. Last week, I took in a dress I wore to a wedding. It wasn't visibly dirty, but I had been dancing all night, so it definitely needed to be properly cleaned. When my husband brought it home, it still smelled like my perfume and sweat, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. Paying $30 for a dress that came back smelling exactly the same was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend this business.

They have a 1 week policy if there is any issues. I went back to have the patches sewn on straight and have an additional patch sewn on. They did not use the spacing I asked for, there was colored thread coming out of each patch. Patches were crooked again and they missed a whole side of a patch. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.

I've used this business for dry cleaning and recently for alterations. Over time, I noticed a significant increase in pricing, especially for alterations and repair work. I understand that costs rise, but many of the same services can be found elsewhere for less. I continued coming here because they're around the corner from me, super convenient location and I wanted to support a local business that I had gone to for years. What was disappointing, was the way my concerns were handled. When I questioned the pricing on alterations, Sharon at the front counter told me that they have "thousands of happy customers" and don't need my business. I Was genuinely taken back by the disrespect. After years of supporting this business, I found that response arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. A long-time customer should never be made to feel that their business doesn't matter. If the pricing no longer worked for me, a professional response would have been to explain the costs and allow me to make my own decision. Instead, I was essentially told they didn't need my business. I hoped to continue supporting this business, but after this experience, I'll be taking my dry cleaning and alteration needs elsewhere!
