Stopped by on our way back to the hotel from Santacon. Got a mushroom pizza slice. Sauce was almost nonexistent and it had a good amount of mushrooms that still had a nice bite to them. Pretty standard slice of pizza other than the lack of sauce. Dough was thin but chewy and service was good. Went ham with the parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers (not pictured). Open until 2 am and serving up NY-ish style slices of cheese, pepperoni, veggie, combo, chicken, and others depending on the day, it's a solid fallback and/or late night plan when you need it. Quality-wise it's leaps and bounds above a 7-Eleven slice but a couple tiers below the best of what the city has to offer -- reliable! The slices get re-heated and always come with a nice firm crisp and a solid size for the price of around $5. There has been a couple of times I've caught a fresh slice of cheese that didn't need to be brought back to life and it was pretty great. The ranch is very generic and from a jug but it's there in case you absolutely need to dunk your pie into some creamy goop. read more

I ordered the medium Bellissimo's Special Pizza. The pizza was good, but could benefit from a bit more sauce. The buffalo wings, with blue cheese, were just okay - similar to what you'd get from a frozen package. Not to throw shade but each time I ordered there would be light sauce, which is why I sorta liked it. As a person that gets heartburn from tomato sauce, I think you'll like this place as well. Tony's frozen pizza is better than this place. Dough is not made in-house, sauce is thick and sweet like tomato paste, and the cheese is lo-quality. Also ordered a house salad, which wasn't very fresh. Tossed all of the cucumber slices because they looked like they had been frozen and thawed. Dressing was from a Cisco bottle. I've been to this place before and it's been grate when I've come. Tonight I order a large chicken pesto pizza. I received a cheese only pesto pizza. I went back after I looked because I realized what I got wasn't right. And when I went to the counter and explained I wanted chicken pesto. This man started becoming really defensive and started cussing at me and yelling that what I wanted was not what I ordered. I was not aggressive when approaching. The entire establishment can hear what's going on. It was embarrassing. I just simply wanted the correct pizza. Even when I said I was willing to pay for the difference if I was wrong he continued to cuss and become aggressive. I've never experienced this type of aggression before with any establishment. We came across this pizza place when it was pretty late at night and most places had already closed. We got a large combination Bellissimo's special pizza to split among 4 people which ended up working out nicely since the large pizza came with 8 slices. The pizza came out to be great and came with so much cheese and bread. I was pretty full from just one slice of pizza already. There is not much seating so we took the pizza to go. Crazy that I had to get the workers attention when I walked in, as he was looking at videos on his phone. Guy had a serious attitude, as he didn't say a word other than "what's your name" and basically just left my food on the counter without handing it to me. Just flat out rude from start to finish. This place was a lifesaver after a night out! I'm thankful for Bellissimo for being open 11:00-2:00 everyday (although I hope the workers are able to get some rest in, too!).
