    Cheese slice
    Kevin C.

I stopped by Pizzalicious in Cow Hollow for a quick bite and ordered a cheese slice for just over five dollars. There was no wait, and the service was super quick, which made it really convenient. The spot has lots of standing benches, so it's easy to enjoy your slice without needing to sit down. Being right in the center of Cow Hollow, it's a great location to swing by when you're on the move. The slice was decent and reminded me of the dollar slice spots I used to visit back when I lived in New York. It definitely gets the job done when you're hungry. The dough had a nice flavor, but it lacked crispness and had a weak undercarriage, so expect a bit of flop. The cheese was on the lighter side too. Overall, it's a good option for something fast and easy, just not anything particularly special.

While I was waiting for my order, they were texting and playing on their phones while preparing it, all while wearing the same gloves! (without even washing them). The food is good, but the hygiene is terrible!

Very solid pizza by slice. They also offer sweet and savory crepes. This is a relatively new place, not sure if they are part of a chain of local businesses or a fully independent shop. The buffalo chicken was the big hit of the pizzas we tried. We also tried the Hawaiian and the pepperoni. The place is clean on the inside and the guy working was helpful.

This place has pretty good pizza, a little bready but ultimately great after a night of drinking. The ranch was good too, a nice thickness. Not the best pizza in the world but very much gets the job done. I love a good pepperoni pizza with the girlies. The employees were super nice and helpful, thank you for dealing with drunk people

Loved the mushroom pesto pizza--thin, perfectly satisfying crust with so much flavor. Came in late with a strawberry crepe craving, and they delivered! Super nice staff made the whole experience even better.

First time at Outta Sight Pizza and I was genuinely so impressed!…read more We originally came in hoping to grab four slices of the thick pepperoni and jalapeño, but they only had two left for the day, so we grabbed those along with two other slices. Unfortunately, there ended up being an issue with part of our order, but before we even had the chance to say anything, the team had already taken care of it for us. That honestly stood out to me more than anything. There was no awkward back and forth, no need for us to complain or ask for anything. They noticed something wasn't up to their standard and immediately made it right on their own. That level of customer service, especially on our first visit, was such a great surprise. And the pizza itself was SO good. We ended up having the pepperoni and what I believe was a vodka cheese slice, and absolutely loved both. Great pizza, even better people, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. I unfortunately didn't catch everyone's names, but huge shoutout to the team working today. You guys made an amazing first impression. We'll definitely be back!

No flop Was craving…read moresome pizza and stopped by for a few slices. Order at the counter, and they heat up the slices for you. Mostly went for the thin crust. They make things crisp here. The pizza has charred edges like Neapolitan which adds a nice smokey flavor. The crust has zero flop and a nice golden crust on top. Sauce has a tough of sweetness. I also enjoyed their use of fresh basil and the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano they throw on at the end. It's kinda like a new york slice, but a little gourmet? Very tasty for sure. Critiques: First off, each slice is $6-7, which is a bit steep. Maybe times have changed, but this is def not a budget meal, especially if you are eating multiple slices. Second, some of their already crispy slices have been sitting on display for some time and completely cooled down. When these slices are then reheated, there is a bit of an overcooked taste? Lastly, they only have a few topping options and the quantity of toppings on each slice (especially protein) is pretty sparse. I also ordered a slice of the Sicilian as well to mix things up. It was good, but the crust was just a touch too greasy for me.

I ordered the - Buffalo Wings - How Mushroom The buffalo wings were delicious and although on the pricier side, was just good enough for me to overlook it. It comes with green onions as a garnish with a Bleu cheese dip and carrot sticks. The only negative thing about this was that there wasn't enough carrot sticks. The How mushroom was recommended to me by a staff member and I thought was just a little plain; it was on the more bread side which I'm pretty sure is the standard for Detroit style pizza. In all honesty, I wish there was a bit more toppings to accommodate the amount of bread to topping ratio as this felt more of a cheesy bread sticks from Pizza My Heart. My favorite thing about this place is there were chilled glasses with taps for still water and sparkling water, which was free. In honesty, the sparkling water is an essential need to kill the grease in our meal. Overall, the staff were pretty friendly and helpful during the ordering process, the pizza itself wasn't for me. Would I come again? Only if I'm craving pizza and happen to be in the area.

It was my favorite for 50 years until a couple weeks ago when I ordered a delivery of Gioia. Wow. I stayed over in The City again this past weekend and had Gioia delivered again Saturday. The roasted tomatoes are key...depth of flavor, umami-heaven. I'm a pain in the ass, so I call to make sure my pizza is made to spec. The staff, led by Kait, is unparalleled in their willingness to help. I just cannot recommend Gioia enough. I wish there were one in the 925, but Berkeley is as close to my home as a Gioia is based so far. I've not had a pie from Berkeley, but I believe Gioia is completely committed to maintaining the quality of their pizza. Nothing else comes close IMO.
