DO NOT COME HERE. The owner did my hair and it was not what I asked for. I asked for a cut, color and highlights. You can see in the photos what I asked for and what I got. Even after telling the owner that I don't think there's enough highlights when she started blow drying my hair, she insisted it was just the lighting in the room. (Keep in mind there are a lot of lights shining down In the salon plus the natural light from the big windows) But after my daughter arrived she could also tell it looked nothing like what I asked. It almost looked like what was left over from my previous highlights was the only ones there. So we asked the owner if she could do something because it really didn't look like she added enough highlights especially for the cost, but she proceeded to be very rude about the situation and kept trying to insist it was the lighting. After a little bit of explaining how even with lighting it didn't look like anything what I asked for, she finally caved in to add more. Even after adding more it did not look good, like she was in a rush. Overall, she is very unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend anyone coming here and will definitely not be coming back myself!! BEWARE!! read more

I visited this salon for the first time and was blown away by the relaxing experience/ atmosphere. Flavia was very attentive to my needs and offered her expert opinion when asked. She gave an amazing, complimentary neck/scalp massage at the start of the service. I have had a lot of compliments on my new haircut. I also got a toner to brighten my past highlights. After not visiting a salon for quite some time due to COVID, I can say almost two weeks after my visit that I am still smiling from my experience. I went all out and booked a facial and a haircut. I am so happy with the results. Diana gave me my facial. She was so gentle and attentive, and was very concerned about my comfort at all times. Marcy gave me a fabulous cut that brought back the curls in my naturally curly hair. I love it! I could not be happier with how my hair looks and how easy it is to style every day. I have had mani and pedicures here. The facility is VERY clean which is very important to me, and the ladies are all welcoming and friendly and there is a fun atmosphere throughout, likely due to it being a family business. They are wonderful at helping to analyze what an appropriate color would be for the customer and do a tremendous job at applying the polish. The preparation for my feet is so relaxing I could take a nap! I have not had my hair done here but I am thinking about changing stylists and I always see cute cuts coming out of Belisima Dona and the stylists wear trendy styles, too. So I may be coming here for my coifs! The only drawback is lack of parking but its never been a problem. read more

I just got a great cut and color from Flavia. The color is fabulous- a nice warm brown with really nice highlights. She touched up my roots, added highlights and then did overall color- and it didn't take that long either. (This is an Aveda salon and all products are natural/plant derived.) Flavia suggested a few highlights on the underside of my hair which also look great. She gave me a great trim and style as well. Bonus- she's great at shampooing and scalp/neck massages! Everyone was very welcoming. She offered me a cup of Aveda tea as well- a flavorful slightly sweet treat without any added sugar or sweetener. I decided I had to buy some to keep at home! read more

Just had my hair done here last week and LOVED it! My hair is long and I needed highlights. I had some ideas, but followed the advice of the stylist, Flavia. Not only did she do a wonderful job with my hair, she completely pampered me with a shoulder massage before the service!!!! Her scalp massage during the shampoo was the best I've ever had. I went to get my hair colored, highlights, and haircut. I loved the service, and experience that Marisela expressed in recommending the type of haircut for my face, and color of highlights. Her knowledge about hair is very much appreciated. I will go there again for touchups and who knows, maybe try their manicure service. Had an apt in early January 2015, came in for color, I have very very fine hair, the next day I realized I had 3 burns one behind my ear. I don't believe I was on a timer, and seemed to have to wait until Flavia was free after attending another customer. Giving this place one star is a bit of a stretch. I came in to get a hair trim, which they couldn't seem to remember. They kept asking, "what are you here for?", even though I had said at least four or five times "just a trim". I asked for a quarter of an inch and then they took off 4 inches. Then they straightened my hair, even though I didn't ask for it. The ends looked horribly cut. I wish I had never gone there. I'd rather have gone to sports clips. So unless you're looking for some place to give you scarecrow end haircut, burnt ears, and a years worth of regret, do not get your hair cut here. read more
