Bellisima Creations did an amazing job! My daughter's quince was beautiful and memorable. We did a pre-set up appointment where I got to see the set up ahead of time... that really filled up cup with confidence that we picked the right spot! Rented table cloths and they were dirty. They also had holes in them. I had to set up and hide those imperfections.

After reading all the negative reviews, I had to share my experience because it was night & day to what I've read. From the initial walk in, my husband was greeted right away and Carmen & Veronica (I believe were the angels name) helped him the whole way through. Needed a last minute tuxedo (less than a week, last minute) and they delivered and went above and beyond. This place will be my go to for every event to follow read more

Hired this company for my god daughters "Quinceanera" after I had seen the amazing work they did at a previous event. They have great unique ideas and large selection of dresses even plus sizes! They are truly a one stop shop for invitations, dresses, decorations, setup and clean up and their flower arrangements always come out amazing! I would give 0 stars if possible. Aside from the horrible hours, this cramped up hole in the wall has the worst customer service ever. Mind you, I have been a bridesmaid in lots of weddings before and never has a shop treated me like this one. From the start, the woman at the counter was two- faced. She took my measurements and told me she was going to order my size. When my dress came in, it was a size too big! Not only did this happen to me but to three of the other bridesmaids! What did the shop do?? Nothing. The owner as well as the horrid woman who was always at the front, told me and the other bridesmaids that it wasn't their faults and we had paid so they couldn't do anything about it. Most of us had to go to other places to get our dresses altered so much that it cost us twice as much as what the dress is actually worth! I went back to the shop to ask for their tailor to alter my dress and 10 minutes before I went in, the bride had told me that they would only charge me $15. When I went in and the receptionist saw me, she told me she had to speak to her tailor to see what the actual amount would be. I didn't mind spending a little bit more, but she had just told the bride a set price! Please don't go to this place. Even if it's your only choice. Forever 21 can give you better treatment than this place!! read more

Looking for 1st Communion dress...very little to see & catalogs had way over the top dresses! Disappointed to say the least. When my daughter & I got to the salon, there seemed to be just one lady, who seemed to be busy with a cinceanera party. I had to ask her for the catalogs to see what she had available for dresses. My daughter & I found a couch to sit at to view the catalogs. However, there were 2 kids (around 5 & 6 years old) in that same area, who were playing around with a ball. I felt like I couldn't view the catalogs in peace. Then there was some older lady who kept asking about my daughter and was rubbing her head, which kinda creeped my out. Luckily, she moved away from our area after a little while. I returned the catalogs and left the salon without even talking further with the sole attendant.... read more

Terrible business hours - I have to take time off work to get my son fitted for a tux. There shoudl be at least one day during the work week that the business would be open later than 6pm to accomodate clients that commute to work and cannot possible make it to RIchmond before 6pm. Bought a 15 package that included everything but the music. I didn't have to go from store to store cause it was all in one place. the day of the \quinceanera it was perfect everything fell into place. Somethings coULD of been better like the but I am very happy with the service I received from them. from the dress to the food to the decorations. would definitely recommend her services they saved me a lot of running around. this is definetaly a one stop shop. read more

Ordered prom dresses here twice for both mine and my boyfriends prom. Both dresses were beautiful and fit perfectly.

Horrible experience working with them for my daughters XV. Do not do it!!! Very disorganized, Vero (owner) never takes any notes but instead shows you pictures of previous events on her phone and nods to every suggestion you mention. I ended up canceling w her a month before our event after an ordeal in getting the XV dress. her business style seriously gave me so much anxiety. I didn't care to loose the $300 deposit for the hall decorations. More details on the ordeal: First attempt at picking up the dress, she had the wrong dress ready for pick up!! Omg. How do you do that?! We get there and she points to the dress, i am speechless, since I had confirmed w her multiple of times that the dress would be ready. She responds very casually, "oh this isn't your dress" "someone got a free dry cleaning dress". Seriously, no sorry or nothing? Mind you I had to reschedule picture day, then I arranged another day to pick up the dress. Round two: And again I called her the day of before heading to the store and the dress was not ready. She uses another of her excuses to say the seamstress was working on it (The dress had some missing rhinestones) So she said It would be ready after 3pm. I ask her if I could pick up from closer to my home. She agreed, and said I'll call you. Well, you guessed it no call, text or anything. Ugh. I didn't hear from her until the next business day, I was so confused and upset! long story i ended up picking up the dress at 11pm at her home two weeks after it was suppose to be ready. Crazy!!! not worth the headache!! The dress was overall beautiful and we purchased it at a good price, yet paid with extra stress and anxiety!!! Oh and the hot glue remedy on the bodice of the dress was horrible. Yes, 'seamstress' used hot glue to fix them! Smh. ‍ read more
