Dropped off an entire bin of clothing here of nice maternity clothing to sell. When I went back to pick up my tub and see what all they would take, my tub was almost completely full still. They told me it was all stuff they couldn't take due to "age or condition". When I got home and looked through everything, there were things I had only worn once. Nice business causal shirts that I just bought this year that I maybe wore once or twice. A pair of shorts I just bought in May and wore one time. Really nice things that I'm sure people would have appreciated not having to buy new. While I understand they need to be selective about what they buy and have to be mindful of the condition if they want to be able to sell it, I honestly don't think they even considered anything that I brought except two pair of jeans which were the oldest things in the whole tub I brought and happened to be from 2015. How can they base things on age when they clearly don't know how old the items are? They should update their website to say "will only take things that still have the tags on them". The whole thing was just a waste of my time and won't be recommending this place to my friends when they want to buy/sell maternity clothing. ** an update to this. After thoroughly going through my tub again it looks like they actually took 5 pairs of jeans, a dress and a sweater. I only got $18 dollars out of it. How does this math add up? I can guarantee you they will be selling each of those pieces for $20+. No wonder they won't buy your clothes while you are still in the store and tell you they will call you later. So they can pick through everything, choose the things that seem the most "expensive" and then give you a check for pennies to what it's worth so they can sell it and make a ridiculous profit. I wish I would have gone through everything while still in the store and asked what they took and either demanded more money in return or for them to return my items so I can give them to someone in need or have a garage sale. So nice people. The only reasons I give one star is because the prices are basically the same as retail price. Like $21-30 for used jeans? When I can go and get them brand new for the same price. If you're going to be a used clothing store, I feel like prices should be a considerable amount less than they would be at retail price. read more

Agree with other reviewers! Not worth selling your stuff here... and if you try to question the prices they quote you, you'll get hung up on! Worst customer experience ever - I'll take my close back, and sell them at a garage sale for more $$. I've purchased a few items here in the past - but will not ever again. Not worth selling your clothes here! They buy them for very cheap and then include a very large markup when selling them---she's making a killing. I didn't end up selling her my items, as I had a number of nice pieces that were in excellent condition and she was offering bottom dollar. Instead I'll sell them on a local Facebook swap/sell site for parents and make better money per piece. Anything I'm not able to sell on my own I'll donate as opposed to her making a killing off me. Now knowing her model, I wouldn't be inclined to recommend people shop there either. Not to mention, she's not that pleasant to deal with. read more

NOT WORTH SELLING HERE!!!! I brought in a bunch of clothes and picked them back up on Sunday, June 26th after Carrie had gone through the clothes, she said she was only able to take a FEW things and she offered me $15. I said okay and left; that was the BIGGEST mistake. I got home and looked into what was gone, there was a decent number of really really nice items gone (dresses, swim suits, shirts, shorts, name grand items, etc.). I am sure she will sell each individual piece for around the total she offered me; a number of the individual pieces for a whole lot more. She never showed me what she took; she made it seem like it was nothing. I understand that I should have insisted on seeing the items, but I didn't expect her to be to dishonest about the number of items. I understand she has to resell the stuff, but I feel really really taken. I now wish I would had sought out a pregnant women in need of clothes to give them away. I called and tried to confront Carrie; she spoke with me, but she tried to talk over me and in the end she hung-up on me. I never yelled during the conversation and I never used any type of fowl language. I did simply ask her to let me finish my sentence a number of times; sometimes she stopped, sometimes she didn't. There was no need to hang-up on me. I know that she felt insulted that I said the transaction was dishonest, but that it not an excuse. I tried to contact her on Monday, but she never responded. She was closed yesterday; when I called today (Wednesday), she answered and had no choice but to speak with me. The fact that she didn't respond to my message form Monday morning, leads me to think she definitely knew what she was doing when dealing with me. read more
