There is a pool which is open from mid-May to early-September. The pool and clubhouse is always clean, and you are allowed to bring unlimited guests. The property is well maintained. At least once a week, landscapers come and take care of things. I'm only giving 3 stars because I can't really think of anything amazing about this place, but it is clean, well-kept, and the property mgr is nice.

However at each annual meeting (only 15 people show up) over at the Redmond Senior Center he has asked for proxies, either in person or leaves them at your door, saying to sign and return them in case you are too busy to attend the meeting he will vote you vote the way he sees fit. His Board resembles a Kangaroo Court without any back bone, and only rubber stamps the property managers wishes by voting 100% his way. He is supposed to work for the Homeowners and Homeowners Association by law, but that is not the way it works. After sitting in on one board meeting at the club house and presenting any issue, you get the message that you are fighting another City Hall. The grounds are bare, not flowers at the front entry in spring usually or anywhere else. It always needs paint and moss removal. All you see is tree roots on the surface and they wonder why the trees are turning brown. The people are very nice and it is very quite. It bugs me that you sell your house to down size and the condo experience seems to have appeal, but then you run into a group of small minded ego driven people who want to control you and everything that surrounds you. Cedar Ridge Condominiums is run by a property manager and his Board that can make you life pleasant if they like you, and even return you phone calls, but otherwise you are sunk. They have a great community of people and businesses, and they seem to be doing a lot of cool stuff. The space is conveniently located in downtown Redmond, so it's a great location for plenty of people. Their events have all been great! Great snacks and great speakers. I have never really been part of a co-working office, but I think it's a really cool idea. I love that you can get a regular office and access at all hours, or you can join as a limited member that doesn't have a set space or need to pay to be there full-time. The office address and reception services also seem useful for some businesses. Looking forward to visiting Thinkspace again!

Sorry about this…read more... Parking is nonexistent for this facility. My people had to park all over the neighborhood and one person was advised by the front desk to park in the 7-11 parking lot... Seriously? Add to that, no clear guidance upon arrival to meeting space. My attendees couldn't figure out where to enter the building, nor where to go once in the "back" front door. Then after finding their way to the reception area, were informed the meeting space was back down on the first floor. So all my attendees arrive to the meeting stressed and annoyed. Was the meeting room nice, yes. Were all the features in the room good, yes. But that won't make up for setting the attendees on edge in the arrival process.

The space itself was poorly lit and had a dingy, uninviting atmosphere that didn't make it conducive for working. But what really stood out was the manager's attitude, which was nothing short of cold and dismissive. I've always been treated with professionalism and warmth at other REGUS locations, but this was the first time I felt unwelcome. I left feeling frustrated and won't be coming back. I'd rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to a location where I'm greeted with a smile and feel valued as a customer than return here. Definitely won't be recommending this location.

Dirty space, failing electrical, and five months of empty promises on my deposit…read more I rented an office at Meadow Creek for about 8 months and regret it. The location looked promising, but the office floor was filthy -- I had to cover it with my own carpet. The electrical was failing: lamps flickered or cut out when I plugged in a kettle. It got very cold in winter because the heating couldn't keep up. There was also a break-in on the second floor that left several offices ransacked. Worst of all, the owners have been promising to return my deposit of over $700 since January. Every time I follow up they either ignore me or say they'll "look into it." Five months on, still nothing. The deposit dispute is now headed to small claims court.

For months my entire unit has had another chemical odor that gives myself and my partner headaches, and despite trying a professional carpet cleaner, maid service, and HEPA air filter, my issue remains. Management has not solved this possible health hazard and is now charging me large fees to move out, despite this being my last resort. Please avoid Kelsey Ridge if you can, they do not care for the health of their tenants. I will update this review if the situation gets resolved.
