I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

So, I read the reviews for Maid in Oahu and decided to try then. They did a great job communicating what they were able to do and what they were not able to do. Which is pretty straightforward. For example, they are not able to pull out an oven/refrigerator from the wall for cleaning. But if you can find someone to do this heavy work- they will clean the area. It's a liability issue I get it. But if you are not physically able to do this or if you don't have anyone else who can do this for you then you are just out of luck. So, if there are things that are required for a move out per your lease I recommend that you send them the move out cleaning requirements. They are very transparent about what they will/won't do an that is fair. Pricing and scheduling was set, confirmed and re-confirmed. Additionally, the confirmations etc. were verbal and in writing which was very helpful. All in all , I did receive my security deposit so I am content with the service.

Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!"
