Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning in preparation for putting my apartment on the market. I had used…read morethis company previously through my husband and had a very different experience, which is why I felt comfortable booking them again. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I was proactive and arrived at 1:20 p.m. so I would have enough time to meet her, inspect the apartment. I reminded her that I needed to be somewhere and she reassured me she would be done. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.

They were very professional with communication prior to the booking and even were very clear to on their arrival time and what they cover. I didn't have to worry about making sure if they missed anything. They literally took the time to wipe down, scrub and disinfect everything. I gave them a tour of the home and they asked questions about my expectations and they didn't even bat and eye. I didn't feel judged and they let me know they got it covered. They made a plan and communicated on where they would start and if there is anything they were not sure of they would let me know. My home is 4 bd 2.5 and over 3000 sq ft. They sat on the ground to get under the kitchen cabinet base boards, wine fridge rubber seal and even got up on the counter to get over the oven range. I would highly recommend their business. They are a brother and sister and work really well together. I feel this was a GREAT service. I have an office in my home and they tidied around that too. If you're a busy mom and wife or person in general, don't feel guilty, life happens and these angels are here to take that load off to help get you back on track. Very reasonably priced yet VERY trustworthy and produces HIGH QUALITY work. Even though gratuity isn't necessary, as a fellow business owner, I have gratitude for valuable workers.
