I was on my way back from Toronto to Milwaukee after seeing a Rush concert and I picked up a nail on the road near Sarnia bridge and drove directly to Belle Tire. I came in and told him my situation was and they said they couldn't patch the tire, but I could get two brand new tires. I wasn't thrilled about that. But they were shorthanded and still got me in and out in about an hour and now I'm back on the road to Milwaukee and pretty much still on schedule. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employees at this place are the most unprofessional people i have ever met, and the most shady. I took my car up for an oil change and a quick inspection of my car. Hours later, I receive a call that it was going to cost me 3,500 dollars to fix my car. With all the problems they told me that was wrong with my car was impossible. My car drove too smooth for the issues they said I had. They take my car down from the rack and when I went to leave my car had a rock when I turned my steering wheel side to side. I asked them to put my car back on the rack to check it out and i stayed there with my baby while my husband went to pick up our older child from school. They waited for my husband to leave so they could approach me about paying for the job after my husband said no. I paid for an oil change and took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. Come to find out, the oil change was never done and the only thing they got right were the bad ball joints. They wanted to charge me for an entire front end repair when there was nothing wrong with my car. My husband goes back in to confront them for not doing the oil change and they wanted to deny the evidence we had. Then they tried to tell us we were charged for a deep inspection of the car. We didnt ask for a deep inspection. We asked for and oil change and the free quick inspection. I contacted their customer service department and trying to voice my complaint, talking to them reassured me that they really couldn't care less about the customers that keep that place in business and really dont care how there employees are. I called many local tire shops looking for the cheapest set of tires for my truck and this place was by far the cheapest but they said they would not be able to install the tires for a few days because they would have to order them so I waited for them to order the tires and they never showed up. Tires had to be reordered and I had to wait an additional week but once they finally came I had them installed on my car. read more

A pretty well-organized tire shop. They are usually busy, but on top of their game.

Will never go back there again! Spent $800.00 dollars for new tires only to have them break and cut off two of my wheel studs and then replace the wheel nuts with ones that don't match the others on my premium wheels. Called to complain only to have them not even offer to get the correct replacement nuts and then hung up on me. What kind of business does this? I have been to this location several times over the past several years for tire purchases but never again! Extremely disappointed. read more

I had a great experience today. Came in 45 mins before closing because my tire was looking a bit flat and I didn't know what to do about it. Though the man told me it would cost $15, he ended up not even charging me after finding two screws in my tire. It was a pleasant surprise and I will consider them for future work now for sure. read more

I had a flat tire coming back dinner. It was about twenty minutes to six pm and I decided to stop in to Belle Tire and see about getting the tire fixed. I didn't know they closed at six pm on Friday. Being I have gone to Belle Tire for years, they fixed tire and I was out of there before six. The best service you could ever ask for! read more

Great place! On a trip up to Sarnia, ON, it started to rain and realized my tires were waaaaay worse than I thought. I stopped by on my trip back home in the morning. They were very fast and the prices were good for 4 new tires. Fast forward 3 weeks and I had blown a tire. We were still under warranty. We called Belle tire, told them we were 5 hours away and couldn't come up to have them replace the tire. They told us to get it replaced in our hometown and send them a receipt so they could cut us a check to cover the cost. Great customer service!! Installation of 4 new tires on my Durango did not go well. I set a time and waited over an hour before they started. After four hours it was done but their people can't seem to recognise a mint set of piano gloss black wheels need careful treatment. In bright sun, I detected that all four wheels have rub marks when I cleaned them. I go to touchless carwashes only so the only possible source source were the installers. The marks were arced perfectly in rotational pattern so this was their person and their machine. Now I have to see if a detailer can make these good. read more

Got work done at this location. What should have taken just over an hour took over 4 hours. Poor service, and shoddy workmanship. After leaving I drove directly to another mechanic who corrected all the mistakes that were made. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Came in for oil change. Waited over half an hour, had not even been started. Mechanics were all doing nothing. Horrible waste of time

Worst experience ever. Very condescending to women. I came in at 8am for a rotation, they said they could get it right in. An hour and 15 min later they told me they were just looking at it....a scheduled appt arrived a few minutes after I got there. REALLY? It would have been nice to know an hour & 15 min earlier. Then they cross threaded my drain plug when they did my oil change. When I went back because my car was leaking like a sieve they tried to tell me the plug is old & the gasket is worn. This place needs to be shut down. read more

(never going to go back to that store ever.) didn't do wheel alignment right, left the steering wheel off to the left. wasn't like that when it took it in and the steering doesn't have any farmer's steer in it that's just bull. you just didn't want to put it back on the rack and do it right by fixing it right. 2002 Chrysler Sebring. ( update ) got a call from the Fort Gratiot Belle Tire took the car up there and they fixed it and also found a bad lower ball joint the other place missed found my new store. BUT THEY DID IT RIGHT. read more

Though the wait can be long, it's well worth it. I go here regularly and they are always honest, friendly, and very helpful. More times than not, I have walked out with a patched tire, which cost me nothing at all. I think this is one of the few shops left that have maintained their integrity over the years.
