Went in for a my 9am appointment for a alignment and wasn't done till 12:30pm. What a fucking joke. That was my last time there. I can get the same quality of work anywhere else without feeling like im working a shift with those clowns. No stars for this slow ass place. read more

I was so lucky that Belle tire was the only place opened after 7 on Thursday and I needed to check my tires that night. I called them in advance anto let them know that my tire pressure warning was on and I didn't understand what the issue was, and the guy on the phone, Erik, was so sweet and told me to come in so they can take a look. Erik took a look and explained to me my tire issues with my pressure sensors in a way I could understand because I'm not that knowledgeable about cars, and it was so understandable. They ended up adjusting my tire pressures quickly and I left there without spending a penny and with more knowledge feeling great because my car is fine and the weird noise was gone. :) read more

was satisfied with tire service but the manager decided to give me a list of NEEDED REPAIRS on my car! I believe a total around 4;000.00 if I bought their brand of parts. Got the tires from them, took my car to my usual mechanic and told I did not need the service given to me by Belle Tire! read more

The Belle Tire team is extremely patience, knowledgeable, and professional. An unexpected tire leak also identified major wear on the brakes and rotors. Erik and technicians Corey and David carefully explained the best option and price for the repair. Erik also offered a "tell a friend" discount. Russell, the manager, reminded us about the lifetime warranty on the extensive work done and encouraged us to call or schedule an appointment to return the vehicle if we had any questions or concerns. Poor customer service, one of the guys at the front had a lousy attitude. Tire technician leaves before scheduled time so you won't be able to get tires done if it's later in the day. Cancelled and went to discount tire. read more

I bought 4 tires from them with a warranty and HAVE NOT been disappointed! Both the service and tires have been great. When I did have problems with the tires, they fixed them and/or replaced one with no problem. Recently, the store in Matteson came and took my flat tire off of my car, fixed it, brought it back and put it back on, all while it was in the driveway and I wasn't even home!!! I will absolutely be getting my next set from them! read more
