The fact that they couldn't provide me with a patient consent form to take my photo leads me to believe that their staff is not properly trained in patient information privacy. It's unfortunate as I loved this clinic but I don't want to go to a clinic that doesn't tell me exactly what personal information they keep and use and for what purposes. Rick is about the same vintage as Gino was, and both denturists seem competent and efficient. I have continued with Horizon for my annual check-ups, a relining of my dentures, and a repair. I am satisfied so far, although waiting times for my repair and relining seemed little longer than in the old days with Gino, but this could be nothing more than a seasonal thing or individual circumstances. So far, so good however, and I will update again after next year's appointment.

Dr Omar Nsair didnt even come look at my teeth at each scan... he is the one who determines where attachments will go. Now apparently I'm told I can no long get more refinements... I'm not done I still have teeth that are crooked and he just cuts me off and says no more scans.. wtf. Dealing with this through COVID sucksss because I cant go talk to him myself. They aren't allowed to tell you that they have better equipment than the other dentist next door or that they have the newest pain free technology. That's against Alberta Dental Association rules or something. I found that out when I visited Infinity. Instead of only having that archaic metal tooth scraper, they have ultrasonic and water ones that don't make me go crazy with the scrape scrape scrape sound. I thought "What the heck?! Why haven't I always had this?" Also every chair has flat screen tvs of their own! That's right, I'm reclined getting my teeth cleaned while watching the news. Booyah ! It might not matter to you, but anything to distract me from the teeth cleaning please. There isn't any extra charge, for these VIP services or the goody bag of travel sized toothpaste and toothbrush. It's included in every visit. The dental service is quick (thank god) and the whole team does a great job. Go check out Infinity Dental!
