The service was above and beyond. The pharmacist was warm, compassionate and friendly not to mention very knowledgeable. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. The staff is efficient and courteous. Best of all, my prescription was filled quickly. I try to support a family business over a big chain - CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc., because of the personal care that you receive that you won't get at a chain pharmacy. The family that runs this business is lovely, and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They actually know my family and always ask how we're doing, etc. If this is what your looking for in a pharmacy then you'll find it here and more. It really makes a world of a difference. P.s They have a great selection of non-prescription/surgical supplies over the counter stuff: shampoos, depends, braces, walkers, canes, wheelchairs, commodes, bath seats etc.. I made a point of physically going in to Walgreens to thank him upon picking up my prescription, instead of using the usual drive-thru window. However after a recent surgery they did not fill my prescriptions twice in one week without contacting me or my physician. After 5 days I went to the pharmacy both times to pick up the prescription they said was ready when I called, but it was not filled and they didn't care and made no effort to fix the problem. They actually told me I had no insurance and the med would cost $1000. Obviously I called my insurance carrier and doctor and had the prescription filled elsewhere.

Any perscription that was called in was completed within "1" hour no matter if I had 1 or 5 to fill.. You get an automated call which informs you your perscription is ready..tells you address and how long they will keep it available..If you forget to pick up you receive another automated call in a few days to remind you....They also inform you of how many are filled and the cost. Down the road you will also get a call reminding you if you need to put in for a another refill. Unfortunately due to my Health Insurance changing and my drug plan,I had to go to another Pharmacy ( which I am already disatisfied with) which I wasn't happy about. The new pharmacy store doesnt come close to the details of Walmarts system.
