The staff changes often, so I can never stick with my threader of choice. Manisha is terrific though, she knows my eyebrows and doesn't attempt to change its shape. Works just a tincy bit slower than I would like, but I suppose it's better than walking out with cuts and unpulled hair. I would avoid the older threader - perhaps she has gotten better but I've gave her numerous chances to do my eyebrows without making them bleed somehow. read more

This spot is amazing, local and friendly! The owner is amazing and she gets 5stars every single time. When I try to make an appointment with her sometime she is there sometimes she isn't. They should not take appointments than! But the other ladies are hit or miss! Very inconsistent sometimes over thread or make a crazy shape! They are always nice and try but once it is too thin there is nothing anyone can do!! The older I get the more I can't afford over threading! The price is amazing! I had a great first experience with threading at Belle Brows and I will be returning regularly. Before arriving, I called in to see if Maneesha was available because she received so many recommendations and great comments on her work. She answered quickly and told me she would be ready for me when I arrived (which she was). Maneesha was very welcoming to me as a first time customer and a newbie to threading. She explained the process and was very attentive to my pain throughout. Most importantly, she listened to what I had to say concerning my eyebrows. I have been growing out my eyebrows for some time and I wanted to continue to grow them out. Basically, I was looking to get a full, natural shape that would leave room for my sparse eyebrow areas to continue to grow in. Well, Maneesha delivered. She took her time and checked in with me to make sure she was going in the right direction in terms of the shape. She has a great eye and I am very happy with the results. The shop was very clean. Maneesha worked with clean hands and she had me clean my own since threading requires some help from the client. Also, I appreciate the fact that there weren't any oils or chemicals used on my skin--being very breakout-prone, this is a huge concern. Parking was easy and the pricing was great. Went in today on a hunt for a new cheaper place to thread my eyebrows. Looking for a place near my house I decided to give this place a go. went in and was greeted and the whole feeling and appearance of the place felt just like home. Loved how clean and neat it was. My brows came out perfectly just the way I wanted them. Sadly did not get a chance to get the name of the lady who attended me but she was super friendly and we managed to keep a nice neutral conversation. This place is phenomenal! The staff was so sweet. I took bride to be with me to get our brows and upper lips done and we were both so pleased with the results. They did exactly what we asked and the price was so low. My friend had never had threading done before and had only had professional waxing done once. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for six years now. Ziba was my go to threading place, but the drive was too far. I've been back and forth trying all of the new threading places around, but none have reeled me in for good -- until now! Manisha is a perfectionist and treats your brows like her own! Her shaping is great and she doesn't rush like a lot of those threading pop-ups. On top of her skill in threading, she is so sweet! It makes me happy to have found a place close to home where I can give 100% control of my eyebrows over and know I will leave looking great! I love the ambiance of Belle Brows; the employees are very welcoming and friendly, while the place itself is modern and clean. I've had my eyebrows done a total of 3 times and have always left super satisfied. I usually have the store owner do my eyebrows, but she very politely introduced me to her new employee, informed me that she was very good at threading and asked if she can work on me instead. Usually I'd say no, or be hesitant about trying someone new, but I totally trusted Manisha. I mean, if she was saying her new employee was good, then she must be good! And she definitely was. Today was my first time coming here. I left happily and felt that the young, thin lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about threading. She told me not to pluck me eyebrows and definitely not pluck my upper lip or else the hair will grow back thicker. I did some research when I got home and found out that what she told me about the upper lip was false. Now I question everything else she told me because now it seems like she just wanted me to keep going back there for my money. Also, once I got back home, I noticed that there is a cut on the left corner on my upper lip. It stung too when I was brushing my teeth and got some toothpaste foam on it. I also noticed that there were a few tiny patches of hair on my upper lip. It really bothered me so I plucked them one by one. This was the worst eye threading experience I have ever had. What's bad was that the lady didn't even moisturize my eyebrows after threading them! Other places would... To better your services, I would recommend brighter lighting inside or using a magnifying glass to make sure you don't miss any hair. read more
