If you're…read morelooking for an upscale spot without the upscale prices then you've found the perfect spot! I am absolutely obsessed with this place. Between the quality of food to the decor to the fabulous costumer experience, vine and olive has been cemented as a highlight of my trips to titusville. This weekend trip that I've taken to titusville has been no exception to my rule for visiting vine and olive (in fact I've actually came twice!) Riley and Lorie are amazing! They're both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and equally as sociable. I came in and ordered a mushroom pasta with prosciutto as per Riley's recommendation and I have to admit that it was the perfect recommendation. The pasta reminded me of a dish that I had in italy! I will be 10000% ordering that from now on. I visited for brunch and every single thing was fantastic; you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. Lorie recommended the pancakes and I'm so grateful that I took her advice! We ate it so quickly I didn't even have the chance to take a pic.

Let's get to the nitty gritty, service was great. The menu is small but to be expected from a scratch kitchen type of restaurant, it means everything was made in house from scratch and it showed. We started with drinks, we chose flavored lime-ades and a Brew from a local brewery. Appetizers were fried calamari topped with delicious pickled onions and in-house fresh focaccia bread with olive oil, balsamic paste. For entrees I chose the Quincey cattle filet, cooked medium with herb ricotta mash potatoes and my husband ordered the wood grilled salmon. When my plate was delivered, i was asked to check if my steak was cooked to my liking, this was a first time, I thought it was nice to check. Dinner is going nicely. Let's move to the desserts. Omg! I ordered the Tiramisu which was creamy, delicious and big portion, definitely got my money's worth. My husband ordered the biscotti cheesecake, he loved it. Overall it was an awesome experience well worth the price.

HOWEVER I am also a big believer in that fact that we all have different tastes and opinions so reviews should be taken in that context. Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. The place was decorated cutely with fun art from what I am guessing is local artists. It was definitely a vibe and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our server Karsyn, was great. She put up with our old people humor and treated us like we were her only patrons. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the sushi!

Rainey - was our good server and we even put her at ease when a former co-worker and his table of 6 plus complained about her and gave her a couple dollar tip. I let her know he was a bad person on the job so don't mind him. I actually gave her a good tip. Now, as we live in Viera and heard the rumor from servers who were mass fired. In my opinion the older manager should have been fired. He came to our table grabbed my plate to clear the table and asked. "How was everything?" As I proceeded to let him know the food wasn't that great and my burger bread was soggy, My daughter had her sushi sent back; he walked away from me in mid-sentence. Even my daughter who doesn't like conflict mentioned that I need to yelp him. Food still not that great. We actually sat at the bar for about eight minutes before the guy bartender acknowledged us and that's even after I got pissy and asked them what kind of beers they have. Oh, above that they ran out of mic ultra and brought me a Miller which I sent back.

Our server checked with management, and came back to tell us they could do that. It was nice to be accommodated like that. We shared an order of tropical French Toast, and it was excellent. I had the 2 egg breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a biscuit. The eggs were perfectly cooked. Three others at our table had the Eggs Benny with crab and said it was real crab, very good. We all enjoyed some of the freshly squeezed orange juice. If I lived locally, this would be a regular place for us. The place was clean and friendly. One thing we really appreciated was the size of the menu there were so many options to choose from, which made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they liked. The food was absolutely delicious and came out fresh and flavorful. Everything we ordered was prepared well and tasted great. It's always nice when a place delivers both good service and good food. We decided to sit outside, and the outdoor dining area was really nice. There was plenty of space between tables, which made it feel comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere outside made the whole experience even better and was perfect for enjoying a meal without feeling crowded. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Great service, a large menu with lots of choices, delicious food, and a spacious outdoor seating area. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to others looking for a nice place to eat.

Everything was great. We were quickly greeted by the owner who sat us at a cozy corner table. Our waitress started us off with lovely, crispy garlic bread. We ordered an app off the specials menu, Rice Balls (arancini) and they were very good (risotto cooked perfectly and delicious red sauce). We both had entrees so had a choice of soup or salad. We both chose the caesar salad which was excellent. Fresh, crisp lettuce, lots of parmesan cheese and nice croutons. I then enjoyed the chicken piccata with linguine. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the sauce had just the right amount of lemon tang, and a perfect amount of capers. My husband had the chicken parm with linguine which he said was also delicious. The waitress was very attentive and the owner checked in at our table each time we were served to see if everything was OK. We also enjoyed the ambience...casual, laid back feel with Italian songs playing while we ate, and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Only regret was that we were so full we had no room for dessert and I've heard they also have very good cannolis. Will definitely return again if we are ever in the area.

We were asked for our drink order prior to receiving the menus which was nice because it was a very hot day out. Our waitress was very nice and laughed at my corny jokes. I ordered a patty melt add grilled mushrooms and my wife ordered a grilled chicken ceasers wrap. Food was great! The fries were crispy, sandwich cooked as I asked, and the pickle they also provide had that nice crunch to it when you bite down on it. The entire meal for the two of us came to around $25. We did have one issue at the end when leaving the tip since they have to push it in at the register. I asked for 4.41 and they accidentally put in .41. I thought I saw it entered incorrectly and asked for a copy of my receipt. When I got to the car I confirmed it and ran back in to give the waitress a cash tip to make up the difference. Mistakes happen. I just didn't want her to think she did anything wrong . I would 100% come back here
