Was scared to buy a groupon for laser hair removal, I had never had it done and had heard horror stories from friends about cheap laser hair removal gone bad. But i bought the groupon for 6 treatments and went a few days ago for my first! It was easy to book my appointment. The girl on the phone was nice great. Location is easy to get to, its right by Mccarren park. The space is brand new, very clean! I had Brazilian laser done and it is a little painful, but it's NOTHING compared to the pain of waxing! The woman who did my laser was very sweet and patient with me, she got an ice pack and iced the area first which REALLY helped. Highly recommend that. Just went there for the first time. Very pleased with the visit. My tech was attentive, helpful and quick. The room was very clean and she put a tissue on my eyes before putting the goggles on. It was not painful, just hot and itchy, but no marks at all afterward. I will update the review as I see changes in hair growth. UPDATE: Ewwww. Came in for the 4th time. Different technician. Completely different experience. She let me into a room with a used towel on the pillow. I asked her to change it. She said it's clean. I pointed out the hair attached to it and the prolapse. She apologized and changed it. Why did I have to bring it up?? UPDATE #2: The ladies who work here really do mean well. But aside from being able to push a few buttons, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Having finished laser hair removal, I inquired how their laser works on diminishing spider veins. I was a little scared about buying a laser hair removal coupon on groupon, but I read some of their reviews and went for it. Best decision ever! Aneta the technician is great and very knowledgeable I was afraid of doing the laser hair removal on my face since I suffer from adult acne and the worst kind I get cystic bumps and really bad breakouts and I was afraid that it would scar my face or make my acne worst than what it was. Aneta is very knowledgeable. She assured me that it would help my adult acne an explained how it would help and it did. She promised that it wouldn't ruin my face. So I trusted her and I placed my face in her hands and she was right! The laser hair removal has helped with my cystic pimples and acne! After my second session the cyst pimples stopped! Now that i don't hair follicles in my pores there is nothing to infect the hair! so goodbye breakout, thanks to Aneta. Now my face is hair and pimple free. Just went and had my bikini lasered. I bought six sessions on Groupon and boy am I glad I did. When I got in, I filled out a questionnaire and release forms that all informed me of the risks and how the laser treatments vary on different people and then was taken to a room by my tech, Anna. The room was clean and perfect, I took off my pants no problem, got to keep my undies on, all well and good. When Anna came back in she asked me some precautionary things and asked if it was my first time. As it is, she went slow. She did the first zap to let me see how it feels and it straight up is a rubber band snapping on you, followed by a quick burning sensation, and then nothing. I was satisfied and she continued on. My appointment time was for 4:30, I was legit out of there by 4.32. I was given some cream and instructions on what not to do and what to expect and was on my way. My next appointment is already set up & im even considering another area to laser. Super happy with everything! read more

I've been to a few laster hair removal salons.. and Bellalaser is definitely the best one! Cindy and her staff are very friendly and efficient from begin to end. Totally DISAPPOINTED! Went in prior to purchase and got all the info from the manager Elin. Was told that the hair would be permanently gone after the 6 sessions. Bought a package of 6 laser hair removal sessions for my teenage daughter. On her last session, my daughter told the technician that the hair is still growing, she was told very nastily that if she wanted to hair to be totally gone she would have to by more session. IN FACT more hair came from nowhere on my face. And on top of that I had to suffer with serious burns on my FACE. I've used a Groupon for this place, but I will gladly come here without it. The service is excellent, no attitude at all. All the girls are really nice and very accommodating if I'm running late or need to reschedule. I could not be more thrilled with my results. Huge difference after 1 session here compared to my experience at a different laser salon that had good reviews. It's really clean and they're very quick! Bought a groupon for 6 treatments and just had my first treatment. The woman who did my treatment was very nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was very hot but this was my first time so I hope for it to be more comfortable in the future. When I told the tech that it was very hot she took her time and breaks to help me get through the session, which was rather quick. I was really nervous before my treatment but there was nothing to be nervous about at all. Update: I've had 5 sessions and I'm happy with the results. Be advised though, if they do not have the cooling spray for the laser, your skin will have a bad reaction. For my 4th session, they needed to use a pack of ice on my face because they didn't have the cooling spray to attach to the laser. Thankfully, the patches of burnt skin disappeared after four days but it looked bad. Other than that incident, I have no complaints about the laser. read more

I would give a -5 review if I could. Got a groupon laser hair removal for my underarm The treatment it EXTREMELY PAINFUL, and NOT WORTH IT. It looked like I was shaving the whole time, the hair didn't even fall a part, I did 4 treatments with NO RESULTS. The girls are nice, but they just need to get better lasers. read more

I bought a groupon for 3 microdermabrasion sessions. I am extremely pleased with the services I received. The attendant who worked on me was professional and thorough. My skin looked fabulous afterwards. My pores are much tighter, my skin is softer, and my skin tone is more even. The receptionist was very pleasant. I also bought some of their facial products-the prices are very reasonable bothe were priced in the mid $20's. I would highly recommend them. read more

I have always wanted to do laser hair removal and thought it wasn't going to work or that it was to expensive. My friend recommended Bella Laser and I am glad she did. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. 1- Affordable 2-The nicest people working there, I use Annetta, she is gentle, experienced, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful 3-It really works, I noticed right away it was working and now into my sessions I can't believe how great it is and that i waited so long to do this. 4- Beware its so great you will be addicted, but this is a good addiction to be hair free! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This is by far the unfriendliest and rudest staff. I was 5 minutes late looking for a spot and paying the meter. They took the next appointment earlier than her scheduled time and told me I would have to wait a half hour for her to be done. The woman then walked away leaving me standing there staring at the receptionist who was apologetic when I called back to complain but not while I was standing there like a moron. I had to make a new appointment. You spend good money in this establishment and the packages are not cheap but they have their money paid in full so they don't care how your treated. Very rude. so i came back for my dreaded 2nd Dermabrasion..Yes now! 4 months later because get this they close 2 and a half months during the summer..but to my surprise it was a totally different experience! there was a completely different staff which was way more friendly i went on saturday this time which could have been the reason the first time i went on a weekday.. i even liked the person who did my dermabrasion better this time too..but my review will still remain at the 2 stars it has because my first experience here was just that bad and also there location is just AWAY too far and inconvenient it is a long walk from the train..this was just a total fail of a buy..no wonder they have all those reviews on citysearch which to me has no creditability.. there is just no way that they even had that many people visit this place because of the location and on top give it all a good rating read more
