Meyerland has become a regular destination for us even though it's a little bit low rent and a little bit rough around here, however this new plaza looks shiny and new and posh. It's an adaptation of the old plaza, but a very good one. There are some great new stores, and it's been remodeled, and there's a lot of good reasons to come here, such as the Ross and especially the JoAnn which Barbi loves. Not owned by Russ Meyer or Quag Meyer.

The process is incredibly simple and less than 10 minutes especially if you have an appointment. With an appointment, you're probably the next in line. If you don't have an appointment, the line starts to look like the ones at the airport... The most difficult part about this visit was figuring out where to go since this more of a kiosk than a storefront, so there's no suite number. I wished someone had written a review or something indicating that this location is on Level 1 right next to GAP, The Museum of Illusions, and Express.

It's a massive two-story complex and the variety is just insane--you have everything from high-end ramen and spicy Sichuan spots to bubble tea shops on basically every corner. Every other stall says pick up. Not sure if the stall next to it need to be empty, so whatever you're picking up can be loaded. The mall is all exterior. There's a parking garage hidden behind PF Chang's restaurant. It's more festive during the holidays. I think I'll be back to visit some fancy stores when the weather gets cooler.

We stopped at a perfume stand (where my friend gets all her perfumes) and the stand owner was very kind and helped us choose the scent we were looking for. We also checked out the food court and probably got the best chips and salsas and pupusas I've ever had and the a western wear/boot store. The boots were high quality and sourced from Mexico which was super cool! Next time I go definitely want to explore more.

Their service was impressive, very detailed and thorough. They are predominantly known for their fashion so while there, several district specific brands had their models walk out amongst the people and showcase their outfits. The value is up there in price... we are talking the $$$-$$$$. Parking: paid street parking, free retail garage parking. Shops: most of the luxury name brands you can dream of, are stationed in this district so if you plan to treat yourself, this is the place to do it.
