Some of the best plazas are (sigh) gone, but this one remains, and is the heart of "Vietnamesetown"…read moreas my friend called it, the other day, correcting me when I called it Chinatown. Indeed, Teaholic has some wonderful Vietnamese drinks and a lot of delicious Boba, such as the Strawberry Black Tea which is one of the best of its kind anywhere. And the Strawberry Aloe reminds me of the Aloe Refresher from Fruitealicious in Dallas. Amazing. Bambu, next door, is the very best location of the Viet dessert and drink chain, making some of the best smoothies you'll ever have - especially the Honeydew, the Taro Coconut, the Mocha, and the Berry. But there's a lot more than just Viet stuff here, with amazing Korean Chicken (Lim's) as well as soups and stews and rice stone pot bowls aplenty. Zero Degrees (Cali chain) has a wonderful and popular location here, with their Strawberry Mojito and Strawberry Lime drinks off the charts, and their Cucumber Lime, Viet Coffee, Strawberry Horchata, and more, also stellar. Not a fan of Chili and Mango stuff, but their Mangonada is famous and popular too. And they do split cups (so does Teaholic). Long Coffee, Kravin, a location of the chain Mango Mango, and other spots in this plaza, are also well worth a visit. Parking and access can be really difficult, but then the same can be said about my gf. And now she's (sigh) gone.

Great selection of food and seafood. Was a very good experience. I like the new varietyread more

Contrary to the name claim, there is nothing Hong Kong about this mall. It should have been named Saigon City Mall which would have been more appropriate. Aside from the huge anchor Asian grocery store in the middle, the mall is flanked by an assortment of Vietnamese-oriented beauty/cosmetics, nail, phone, apparel, gifts, pho and Asian-centric mom-n-pop stores with a sleepy food court on one end. There are quite a few signs pointing to Massage upstairs. The other prominent anchor tenant is Shabu Zone. Generally, around 50% of the stores were closed. Parking lot is Lone Star state size. Nothing else exciting to write about. Certainly, a coulda, shoulda, woulda experience. Sure you'll like this mall if you want to experience Vietnamese culture.

I also stock up on chopsticks and bowls. I took home some frozen dumplings for my daughter. The Boba shops are also delicious on a hot summer day. I also bought a few things at the beauty stores including some jelly collagen that's been really tasty. It's just a neat experience every time I go and I'm able to get Asian products at a decent price.

Dynasty Mall is NOT closed…read more Inside the mall is a quiet oasis. There are many empty spaces, but I go there for IBUN'S vegetarian dishes. I also saw a beauty school, a Christian store and some other businesses. Ding Tea and China Gourmet are connected to the front lobby of the mall. There are more businesses, like a dental office, upstairs. A new hotpot all-you-can-eat is opening very soon! The real change is in the connected strip center. Popular eateries like Le Lai and IWA YA were joined by the likes of MIÁN (Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized California import), Yin Ji Chang Fen ("The King of Chang Fen", chain from Guanzhou) and Old Alley Hot Pot (rebranded XiaoLongKan franchise). Regarding towing, I'd tell the plaza owners to look into a possible kickback scheme their security guard has with a towing company that is costing them lots of disgruntled "never-coming-back" ex-customers posting terrible reviews.

Parked for less than 30 minutes and was still a customer of the plaza. Less than visible signage and disgustingly less than helpful security. I hope management understands why the plaza is failing. Not because people are taking parking, but because they are driving away customers. I frequented this plaza when Snowy Village was present. Unfortunately, I will never be coming back here as a customer for any of the businesses.
