Since when is hair considered luxury? Cosmetic surgery is luxury. It makes sense it costs thousands of dollars, it takes 10 years to become a doctor. But a stylist goes to cosmetology school for what 9 months and tuition is $18,000 to learn colors on the wheel and how to look at swatches?
