They wrap the pallets in clear wrap so you can see everything in them. I got a pallet with HUSKY rolling tool boxes and they all came with the keys; and all parts. One tool box had a dent but I pulled the drawer out and fixed it easily. If you want to find good deals on pallets , check this place out.

The quality was extremely poor and they were all missing the seal of authentication. When I walked back in and asked for a refund, the cashier and the store manager refused to refund my money and stated, "it's your fault because you purchased them". They refused to acknowledge that these were Fake until I told them I was going to call U.S. Customs and report them, as soon as they seen me goggling the number, they admitted to selling Fake Sonny Angels and told me that they would refund my money if I agreed not to call U.S Customs. Bella Zone is FULL of FAKE Merch and they are taking advantage of little kids by selling them these fake collectibles. I got my 4 sweaters embroidered just the way I wanted it! As I was waiting for the embroidery to be done, I went to eat at the Thai restaurant a few shops down. From there, my fiance got to get his haircut as well. Peter does an awesome clean fade! Totally recommend that place as well! They're fast but efficient and you come out a new man! After he cut his hair, we picked up our beautifully embroidered sweaters and got it gift wrapped by another shop in the mall. Seriously, I killed a million birds with one stone by shopping here cause I walked out feeling like I accomplished the world!! :D
