This store is like a Dollar Store but with slightly pricier items. The bad: I was looking for a car charger but couldn't find one. I feel like the name doesn't fit the store. The quality was extremely poor and they were all missing the seal of authentication. When I walked back in and asked for a refund, the cashier and the store manager refused to refund my money and stated, "it's your fault because you purchased them". They refused to acknowledge that these were Fake until I told them I was going to call U.S. Customs and report them, as soon as they seen me goggling the number, they admitted to selling Fake Sonny Angels and told me that they would refund my money if I agreed not to call U.S Customs. Bella Zone is FULL of FAKE Merch and they are taking advantage of little kids by selling them these fake collectibles. The second time I visited the people weren't so friendly another customer there was opening boxes to see the condition of some of the products and one of the workers told him he could not open the boxes which kinda sucks because I wanna know what I'm getting. So if you're looking to purchase things to resell I do not recommend this place because they are only giving you about a 30% discount from retail price and again you don't know the condition of the product. I found some of the things I purchased there on offer up for a lower price and I was able to test it before I purchased it.

Been looking for happy Birthday balloons.. Most locations were out of helium.. Fine I get it…read more. But when I'm calling to find out, if location has any helium before driving over.. For the phone to just ring, ring, ring, ring and no answer. And call back for the past 2 hours and still get no answer. To decide to take that drive (which I was trying to avoid) and just to find indeed location was out of helium. . It takes 2 seconds to answer the phone.. If it's a simple question, question can be answer right away.. If not ask customer to hold.. But to just let the phone ring and ring.. Is not acceptable.
