They wrap the pallets in clear wrap so you can see everything in them. I got a pallet with HUSKY rolling tool boxes and they all came with the keys; and all parts. As if that humiliation wasn't enough, he then kicked her out of the store. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright cruel treatment I've ever witnessed. No one--especially an older woman--should ever be subjected to this kind of abuse when they're just trying to shop.
