What really concerned me was being told I would not meet my doctor until the actual day of surgery. I was also receiving text messages with surgery instructions while I was literally sitting in the lobby, which made the whole process feel very disorganized and unsettling. Unfortunately, this means going through another procedure and taking on a much higher cost to correct issues that I believe should have been addressed with my original surgery. Looking back, I wish I had done much more research before choosing this doctor and this clinic. The more reviews I've read over the years, the more frustrated I've become, especially because some of the concerns mentioned by other patients are very similar to my own experience. One thing that stood out to me was the involvement of a young man who came into my room before surgery to look at my nose. He examined me for only a few seconds and was also present in the room before I was put under anesthesia. This made me question who was actually involved in my care. After surgery, I also did not see the doctor for my follow-up appointments. His nurse handled my follow-ups instead. Five years later, I'm left with significant breathing problems as well as a nose shape that I am very unhappy with. I never expected to be considering another surgery simply to be able to breathe better. I'm sharing my experience because I wish I had come across more reviews like this before making my decision. Please, ladies, do your research. Read the reviews, ask questions, understand exactly who will be involved in your surgery and follow-up care, and don't be afraid to get multiple opinions.
