The owner, Sathya, quickly answered my call and then escorted me into the salon. I ended up being a few minutes late because I was "lost" but Sathya did take me and after a quick discussion as to what I was looking for quickly had me seated and started. She was professional and efficient and in 15-20 mins was done tidying up my brows (which were suffering from neglect as I have not regularly seen someone since moving to Frederick).
