Maybe it's just me personally who needs to get used to something other than my natural hair, but the lashes they put on are so scratchy and uncomfortable. It feels like how it does when you're wearing mascara, where lashes get hard and crunchy. My whole reason for getting them done was so I wouldn't have to wear mascara, so I'm just not a fan of how it feels. If my lashes were softer I would book another appointment.

The owner, Sathya, quickly answered my call and then escorted me into the salon. I ended up being a few minutes late because I was "lost" but Sathya did take me and after a quick discussion as to what I was looking for quickly had me seated and started. She was very personable and had her young daughter there as I was the last appointment of the day. She was professional and efficient and in 15-20 mins was done tidying up my brows (which were suffering from neglect as I have not regularly seen someone since moving to Frederick). She has a mirror to let you check her work but I did not need additional clean up (which I'm sure she would have done). Threading is not painless and she checked before she started that I had threading done previously so I knew what to expect. All in all quick and painless process. Scheduling was a breeze as was payment afterwards.

Stepping out on faith and googled shops, Underground Cutz was the first to pop up. Called to check if walkin's were accepted and Zo told me come in. That will always be the best search I've ever done because I now have a new first class barber.
