My molar was killing me and I couldn't sleep from the pain from Thursday-Tuesday from the pain. I didn't know what else to apply to get rid of the pain over the weekend. I googled all dentist in my area and Bella Smile caught my attention and BOY!! I'm I happy that I called them. I called Bella Smile on Monday and the receptionist whos name, I believe is, Ashley is the most sympathetic human being that I have ever met. She made my pain go away just by listening to my distress and immediately offered me an appointment for Tuesday, as I couldn't go that same day. Of course, when I arrived I was in pain and the nerves were killing me. The young lady who did my Xrays was so delicate and explained why so many Xrays and told me not to be nervous that it would be OK. When I met the dentist, he reminded me of my grandfather, not because of the age, but rather the calmness that he delivers and how he delivers the news on how bad your teeth are LOL He told me what needed to be done and basically the decision was on my field. The hygienist Hortencia, was SO nice. She understood the pain and at all times and she would even apologize for everything she was doing and that alone made me feel comfortable being in her hands. All I can say is that, the entire staff from the billing lady to the dentist assistant are so nice, professional, sympathetic and above all HUMANS. I have found my new dentist and will remain here !!!! Your new patient, Tanya Burgos read more

I came to this dental office based on the reviews I saw on google & yelp. I couldn't believe the clinic did not have one negative comment. I had to see for myself so i made an appointment after a long hunt and in fact, Bella Smile Dentistry has the best dentist in all of Miami along with his friendly staff. I received the most welcoming chat from the young man that works in the front desk. He answered all the questions I had with much detail. They made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. As soon as I got my cleaning done, I knew I was in good hands. His assistant Tailyn was very comforting while working with me. Nothing they did caught me by surprise. She explained everything that the Doctor had to do or was doing. After that first visit on, I had consistent great experiences. One memorable one was when the Doctor performed a root canal in one of my anterior teeth. I was afraid because its the tooth that everyone looks at when I smile, it had been dark for almost all my life after hurting it as a youngster. He commented that it would look like a brand new tooth. When I finished with my treatment, I couldn't believe my eyes. Thank you Dr. Ramos and staff. read more

After relocating in Miami, FL, I was afraid I would not be able to find a dentist. But not just any dentist, I was expecting someone I could trust with one of many things in the human body that once damaged is irreplaceable (of course except with a crown or an implant, which is never the same as your own), our teeth! Dr Jorge Ramos and his staff exceeded my expectations. I found this practice while searching around my area. After reading the reviews, I was willing to try. So far, I have brought my mom, and mow my daughter who I also plan on keeping under Dr Ramos' care. Everyone is very professional. Dr Ramos' expertise and his special way of caring is hard to find. Once admitted as a patient, you feel like you are part a the family thanks to their welcoming attitude. I recommend this practice 200%. read more

I can tell I've had dozens of fillings in my life. They were good, but I've had 6 so far here and it's been the best experience I've had going to a dental clinic. It was fast and painless, my tooth look white and the pain is gone. I received detailed orientation of how not to get to this situation anymore. The staff were excellent. You don't see that anywhere. You won't get as good attention anywhere else. I feel so pleased I want to go back to have my mouth done. I feel I've found a place I can trust my mouth. read more
