This place used to be outstanding. The food was genuinely amazing, but after a new chef was brought…read morein, the quality noticeably declined. I will say they still have one of the best pizza crusts around. Service depends heavily on who you deal with. When dining in the tavern and being served by staff, service is generally good. Unfortunately, interactions involving one of the co-owners have been consistently uncomfortable. She is often rude, dismissive, and openly harsh toward employees in front of customers. Based on staff reactions, this appears to be a regular occurrence. What ultimately changed my view was witnessing the same co-owner remove a customer for having a medical service dog. The dog was calm, well-behaved, and clearly wearing a service vest. She stated that the customer "didn't look sick" and asked them to leave. This was upsetting to watch and made the environment feel unwelcoming. When I later raised concerns about my own service, they were brushed off rather than addressed. The other co-owner does not engage with customers and keeps his head down, offering no interaction. I no longer recommend this restaurant and have stopped going. Many excellent restaurants in the area deserve support--especially those that treat their employees and customers with respect and understand accessibility requirements and ADA Laws.

Great food. Fair prices and good service!!! We have eaten in and picked up for take out.read more

Blazin Bitez Pizza - What is a menu such as this supposed to represent about a business?. First impression(z) are everything blazin bitez

The food, service, menu, prices, and ultimately Quality just don't add up. $6 2 topping slices that…read moresit for hours in a small glass conveyer. Classy and stand up. First impression. Read more for insight and my true feelings...Owner thinks very highly of herself and her food though pretty cocky and arrogant I would say. You'd have to experience it to know exactly what I'm talking about. Honestly, being from NYC & having traveled the world, eating the best pizza and foods around, I would say this pizza is no better then Cliffs, Fast Trac, & more costly! 1-10 I'd rate all the pizza around about a 2-3. I think that blazin pizza bites is a dead end. It's more expensive, and offers very mediocre menu choices, and I don't see a significant difference that justifies another pizza shop around. we don't need it. Ask the people. Additionally the lady who used to be there who is the said owner is awfully conceded, for selling nothing different then the rest. Hey, at least she thinks highly of herself and the pizza she sells, lol. Having owned my own businesses, I ask myself why? Why another mediocre pizza shop literally right across the street from 2 others...? Think outside the box to succeed! That is the answer; Give the people another option entirely different then the rest. We need a real deal mom & pop style food spot around again, where there's homemade everything, love involved, and a nice concept of course! not another lousy, typical pizza shop with a menu that looks like a 10 year old made it and (as if there aren't tons of pizza options everywhere around Oneida) and no not sandwiches either. Something Niche maybe?!? As much as I was excited, when they first opened; thinking that this may be the new pizza place around, being the one that surpassed all others, and actually stood out from the rest, it truely doesn't by any regard. I hope that a new niche food concept comes around, and into fruition as I'm very bored of the same junk food around! and I think many can vouch for this! And being new business owners who know how to cater to the people not there own selfish desires of ease and simple minded ideas. in conclusion It's easy to just make a pizza joint that serves up the same stuff easy peasy right? but no. The people want something special, we have enough mediocre and duplicates of the same. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Clearly they are on some next level though processes, They may not even be open when you come by during there regular business hours (they will always find an excuse as to why). closing time 8 pm??? What is this place. Question is are you here for the people or for your own good "blazin pizza bites". (That is rhetorical) Avoid this place if you have self-respect and appreciate a business for appreciating you! BARE MINIMUM IS BE OPEN WHEN POSTED WITHIN YOUR ALREADY HORRIBLE HOURS! But nope my review stating all that main points and that is just the icing. I hope you all enjoyed, as I write all my reviews from the heart!

The place is cozy inside with a few tables for eating in and a takeout counter. The owner who was working in the kitchen and making pizzas was very friendly and welcoming. Presently, they do not have paper menus, so you can see the menu online via ToastTab. At the time of this posting, the online ordering did not function, so I ordered in person. The menu offerings at the time included hand stretched thin crust pizzas (slices or whole pie), wingz, garlic knotz, chicken tenderz, potato wedgez, jalapeno popperz, and cold drinks in the cooler. I ordered 2 Cheese Pizza Slices with Can of Soda Special ($5 plus tax). A new pizza was being made when I arrived, so it took about 10 minutes to be hot and ready. The pizza slices were good sized which had a good tomato sauce and melted cheese on top of a thin firm chewy crust. There was garlic powder and red pepper flakes to top on the slices. The cheese pizza slices were great tasting, with a cold can of Diet Pepsi.

Could definitely see it as a go to spot for locals to come watch some games with friends over drinks. Staff interactions we had were friendly enough. The space for the party was nice enough with plenty of room for the size of party we had plus more if it were larger. Food wise there was salad, chicken tenders, pasta and pizzas. I tried all of it expect the salad. Nothing was outright awful that had me not finishing it. At the same time though I would not have classified any of it as good or worth going out of your way to try it. I preferred the chicken over the pizza if I had to pick. A spot where the food is likely better after some drinking.

Word of caution restaurant is not handicapped or limited mobility accessible. This was a big issue for me as I was recovering from my second ankle surgery due to a fracture. There was a slightly unexpected raised elevation to get into restaurant and I tripped which caused me to injury my ankle which I had surgery on. Restaurant had several changes in elevation not to mention no handicapped bathroom. This would make it difficult for those who have limited mobility. And not all changes are marked or highlighted it makes it a major hazard. Wings were crispy but were overcooked and dry. Given the cost of wings this was very disappointing. Pizza was good but there are a lot of great Pizzerias in the area so, the bar was set very high. Wait Staff were attentive but food to me was mediocre and given issues getting around restaurant probably would not attempt to go back until I have fully healed.
