Bella nails is the worst Nail Solon anyone could go to, they took over 3 hours just to do a regular pedicure and a simple jell polish which should usually take about 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 min if the Solon is busy. The Solon was empty there were only about 2 other people in the whole Solon and about 5 workers on a Saturday. Other than the extreme procrastination my nails turned out disgusting, Lisa missed over 5 spots on my nails and there's nail polish all over the outside of my fingers. She has to redo my big toe and 3rd toe 2 times. Along with that they charged me about 59$ for nails that were absolutely ugly. Also the workers there were very rude and had no respect for people and young kids who are paying costumers. read more

I kept looking around to see if anyone noticed that I had been there forever and no one said a word. I got my feet out of the cold water and walked out without again anyone saying a word. Very clean, new equipment, and everyone was very friendly. My polish took a LONG time to take off, because I had several coats of glitter polish on both fingers and toes. Never a sigh or complaint by my nail tech, and he did not charge me extra. (We got "dinged" big time for little things from a competitor down the road.) I got to relax in the massage chair as he scrubbed that polish off my toes - even for just a polish change on toes. The male nail tech (Tony?) was also super gentle and did a beautiful job on my acrylic fill. I wish their prices were a little lower, and this might account for the lack of wait. I have been going to this nail salon for over a year and was very happy with the service. I really like the clean fresh ambiance however since the change in ownership I have been unhappy with the quality of manicures and pedicures. I'm not sure if it is the Opi products they are using or what. During my last manicure they applied such a thin layer of gel that my nails were already peeling and breaking in 3 -4 days. This was the second time this happened. The pedicure was also poor especially considering I paid for the highest level. Again polish applied so thin it was almost transparent and the nails appears rough and uneven. I hate having to leave the salon but will need to search for a new location. I found this place through Yelp as I was on vacation and needed to get my nails done pronto. I am very picky when it comes to my nails as I have had bad experiences with workers not knowing what they are doing. I can say this place is one of them. I did like the fact that I was able to get in right away, but was not pleased with the outcome. I had to walk the guy (the manager) through how I wanted them, mind you all I asked for was a full set square shape with color. His hands were shaking and he seemed rushed. He did not put the powder all the way to my cuticle nor covering my whole nail or shape them right. My nails are lifting and very thick. I asked for a glitter powder for 2 of my nails and since he informed me they didn't carry this, he had a color very similar to what I wanted. 2 days later, those 2 glitter nails are yellow and are smudgy. My nails aren't the worst, but I would not go back to this place. If your workers do not know how to put on a full set to look nice, then they shouldn't be behind those seats. read more

Though I had an appt. they waited a long time to start on me. I ended up having to come back for them to fix mistakes. My French pedicure white lines were all crooked (like a 4yr old did them). I even paid for the most expensive upgrade for my pedicure. My french acrylics were all bubbly, and streaky and when I went back to have that fixed, I had to explain over and over to the lady how it didn't look ok with the bubbles. Eventually I gave up and told her it was fine. On top of all of that myself & my fiancé who also got her nails done there cuticles looked terrible. Just everything was bad. Not ok for a pre wedding treatment & having this appearance at our wedding. Never again. And I will not recommend to anyone. read more

So disappointed! I took a friend to get a mani/pedi. She had never been here but I have been several times. We sat down at the same time - but her pedicure started right away. I asked for a mani too - but no one showed up for about 25 mins. Interestingly my pedi ended about only 5 mins after my friend. The guy doing my pedi was so rushed he hit my foot or toes hard multiple times. Never apologized. I waited to see if someone was going to do the mani while my friend had her eyebrows done. Still no one. Checking out I mentioned the mani; "oh you can come back tomorrow "!. Um no - I work tomorrow.... Also we saw other technicians offer their clients water - we weren't. Lastly they only had Latex gloves (which Im allergic too along with a great deal of other people) so I left after a horrible pedicure, no manicure and a freakin allergy headache. First impression was great! 3 girls made an appointment the day before for 3 gel pedis and 1 mani. We got there nice and clean. They set us up right away in the chairs, we were right on time. 2 girls were started right away. 30 minutes later girl #3 had to ask how much longer to get started? So 40 minutes later after arrival girl 3 was started. The other 2 are more than half done. Girl 3 also wanted the mani. That never happened. The guy showed up 1.5 hours into the service time to start mani which was rejected due to time constraints. Girl 3 was supposed to get an extra massage, perifin and stones that never happened. Had to cut service because we had to go. Still charged for a higher level pedicure service that included services like the stones and massage that was not received. I didn't argue. I just paid the $44 for a gel pedi. The color is still on my toes and was never cleaned off. Very disappointing. I guess making the appointment was pointless....mimi the daughter of the owner was very nice very good taking care of girl #1 but when approached about our issue she didn't offer any apology or solution. Oh well! Maybe they can learn from my horrible experience and improve their customer service! read more

I've gone there quite a few times. Work is mediocre and three times now I've had to sit there with my feet in the pedicure bowl for 30+ minutes before actually getting any work done. Today I finally got up and left without getting any work done. After waiting over 30 min I literally didn't have enough time in my schedule to get the service done. The only thing nice about this place is the decor. I went this morning to get some waxing, pedicure and silk wrap nails. None of the women that work here have anything resembling a personality. They only talk to each other. The men seemed more personable and friendly. My pedicure and waxing were OK but the gal who did my nails kept insisting on filing the nail on my little finger until it bled even though I kept telling her not to. She made up her own mind how long my fingernails would be....very short! Why would I pay to get artificial nails if I didn't want them longer???
