I have recently moved to La Quinta along with my family. One of the hardest things to do is find a new nail salon that you are comfortable with going to on a regular basis. We had our daughter's 11th birthday party here! The staff were patient and accommodating. The girls were able to sit next to each other and really enjoy the experience. They did a wonderful job getting all five of them to have a relaxing experience. They even played some birthday music for the birthday party and make them all feel like big girls. My nails ended up so messy and they couldn't do a regular flower design in which they had to call someone on the phone to ask for help. The salon is clean and they are professionals. Helen and Philip gave us the best pedicures with a hot stone massage. We never intended on coming to this salon but so glad we did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I have not been back here since a few months ago when I was assigned a man to do my pedicure and he didn't know what he was doing. He cut me so badly that I was bleeding even later that day when I returned home! It was very painful. Cut to a few days ago when I made the terrible mistake of getting my Mom a gift certificate there for a manicure/pedicure - and the same thing happened to her! I told her not to see any men there, but she said almost everyone there was a man so she had no choice. I also called them the day before to see how much more a set would be for her and they couldn't give me a straight answer, telling me it depended on what shape I wanted. Huh?? Then, when my Mother went in, they told her it would be another $35 for a gel full set. She never even gets gel. They tried to get her to spend more money, which thankfully, she did not. When I called to ask about it, they denied telling her that and then hung up on me. I didn't even get to the part about them cutting her toe. I feel so foolish for having my Mother go there after I had been physically hurt the last time. Maybe they'll learn after enough negative reviews. read more

This salon is pretty, clean and the people are friendly. I would recommend this shop to everyone unless one needs SNS nails. I have never had an experience like this one. My nails were coated three to four times and sanded down. It took forever and I am cut and have burns from filing. These nails also started chipping in three days. Expensive and disappointing. I'm so upset I came here specifically to get my lashes done. It seemed nice so I asked about a full set . I should have known since the only customers in there were getting pedicures. First a gentleman was removing my old acrylics not soaking them off but peeling off layers of my real nail. I then told the older lady I would just like to pay for my eyelashes and what had been done already on removing my old acrylics.She then insisted on doing my full set and said I need to do the dip. that it's healthier for my nails. I went to cosmetology school and it is just the lazy way of doing nails everyone knows that. So she slopped the layers on my nails my cuticles have product all over them and some are so thick and distorted looking. I feel this business cuts corners to make money and I will never return . I paid 135.00 dollars to walk out far from happy..I overvlook a lot of things and I am not the type to complain. The 2 young girls doing the pedi's seemed pretty amazing and friendly. I I would not recommend this place helen did my waxing very quickly. I asked for another service she said no too busy. The man that did my manicure did not use clean utensils was not friendly did not do the same procedure on Esch hand plus I had originally asked for a pedicure which they forgot about they took four people ahead of me. Great customer service. I called 10 minutes before closing to verify closing time and they confirmed closing at 7pm but went on and told me if I head out there, they'd wait for me, and that wasn't the first time. On another occasion, it was after hours and I was looking for a place when I noticed they were still open with customers there, so I proceeded to walk in and they said they would take me eventhough they were closed. I had been going to Bella Nails for the past 6 months, Henry was the technician I used regularly since day one. I enjoyed mu service so much with Henry that I referred my mom and my friend, both started seeing him regularly as well. Last week I called for an appointment and I was told that Henry would be gone for 2 or 3 weeks, and they did not know his exact return date. The person who answered was very persistent in pushing me to book with someone else, which I did since I needed service. When I got there I discovered my appointment was with a gentleman named Henry as well, what a huge coincidence!!! New Henry was nice enough, though I could tell it was probably his first day, since he did not know where anything was located. Before the end of my pedicure Henry was requested by a walk in and he passed my off to someone else to paint my toes. I asked another woman who worked there when the other Henry was going to return and she confirmed what I already knew, that he was not returning. I just think it's bad business practice to lie to clients to try to keep them in salon. Had they been honest, I may have returned. read more

I saw Bella Nails accidentally. I had time between breakfast and a massage appointment. It was open early and, since I was on vacation and usually do not do nails, I decided to splurge. They took me without an appointment. The place is clean, pretty big, and comfortable. It really felt like my feet got some major TLC with good scrubbing, hot stones, lotion, and massage. They have a large color selection and I went with the fall color (even though it was still close to 100 degrees in Palm Springs). Highly recommend!! read more
