They refused to be held accountable or resolve the issues fairly. Numerous complaints against Tri Color Auto are surfacing online, and even the lot that held my car warned me they were scammed. Do not trust this dealership. They are deceptive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Bottom line: Avoid both the car and Tri Color Auto at all costs. But I'd imagine it would've been the same experience based on the complete disrespect I received selling a car. I made sure multiple times before I came in that I was stern on a price I wanted to sell my car at. I sent them accurate descriptions. In other words, there were no surprise gimmicks about the car I was selling. I got the commitment and I showed up. Long story short, they made me wait 1.5 hours only to low ball me. This is why I was so adamant about the details before I showed up. I suppose this is one of the reasons why used car dealerships have a bad reputation.
