    I went to several dealerships in search of my next vehicle. Every single one used high pressure…read moresales tactics and really didn't listen to my needs. My salesperson was Taylor. She had the car waiting for me when I arrived and was genuinely friendly. She did tell me about one add on that is on every vehicle and after looking at the contract, this was much better than other dealers with interesting "fees". I believe there reason that I felt no pressure is because their salespeople are not on commission. The price was exactly the great price I saw on their website. If you look closely on the site it explains the business model as well as the paint and interior package. Every individual I encountered was very friendly including the sales manager Ruben. As a plus, they don't put a $2.00 dealer sticker or decal on their cars!

This permaplate insurance is just a way to get your hard-earned money from you, lol. Tried making a claim for some defects in the overcoat of the car and all the claims were denied. In simple terms, with the Permaplate, you're only paying for the "overcoat" of paint. Also, look into Permaplate's business practices; they are notorious for denying claims. In short read the fine print.

I had an independent inspection done proving it is a lemon vehicle. Tri Color Auto's customer service is terrible: fake corporate, agents lying, stalling repairs to miss refund deadlines, illegally charging me for insurance, and mishandling my down payment. They refused to be held accountable or resolve the issues fairly. Numerous complaints against Tri Color Auto are surfacing online, and even the lot that held my car warned me they were scammed. Do not trust this dealership. They are deceptive, unprofessional, and dangerous. Bottom line: Avoid both the car and Tri Color Auto at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF MONEY AND A CAR IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS.

    Texas Auto North Saves The Day!…read more I had major problems with a vehicle purchase from a different dealership. I was referred to Texas Auto North but my confidence in dealerships had been shaken. After the management got involved they began to make good on every promise they made to my Wife and I. Problem after problem was corrected and they proved that they take "Customer Service" seriously. Keep in mind, they did NOT sell us this car. They provided a great example of "Service After The Sale." At the end of it all, my Wife was able to drive her car away from this dealership with a smile on her face. That is the way it should be. Many thanks to the Texas Auto North Management and Staff. We appreciate all you have done for us! Lesson Learned: Check the car out thoroughly before you commit to purchasing.

    Complete waste of time…read more - The good: Nothing. -The bad: My experience had nothing to do with buying a car. But I'd imagine it would've been the same experience based on the complete disrespect I received selling a car. I made sure multiple times before I came in that I was stern on a price I wanted to sell my car at. I sent them accurate descriptions. In other words, there were no surprise gimmicks about the car I was selling. I got the commitment and I showed up. Long story short, they made me wait 1.5 hours only to low ball me. This is why I was so adamant about the details before I showed up. I suppose this is one of the reasons why used car dealerships have a bad reputation. FYI: My last 4 car purchases include -- Rolls, 2 Bentleys, 1 Lamborghini. You might be wondering what I was doing at used car dealership... good question. I'm starting to wonder too. This interaction had more to do with principle than the money. My time costs more money than the difference in price. Dealings like these really get me angry. On a side note: I had a great experience Advantage BMW 2 days ago buying another car. Congrats Texas Auto North! You lost my business forever! To management: Keep your word.
