I initially looked into a basic bikini laser treatment and with her professionalism and great vibes she definitely convinced me to get a complete bikini treatment. I started a little over a year ago and I have no regrets and honestly no complaints! The pain from the zap! isn't unbearable/scary how others would describe, she talks you through the experience and makes your comfort level feel at ease. She's great all in all! Thanks again! :) P.s. I'll definitely be back to laser what's left, lbvs!!

The body check was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dr office..she was rude..rushed..and didn't use a light which I discovered this morning should be done. The whole experience at this place was humiliating and I cried the whole way home..I found out this morning that a couple spots need to go to biopsy and probably should have been found 6 months ago. I don't remember the young Dr's name or the assistant in the room with us but just picture 2 mean girls..condescending rude mean girl 1 with a clip board and the other making you feel belittled and violated..literally cried all the way home..glad my husband was there to drive me because I wouldn't have been able to see through my tears. I have been receiving Botox treatments for over 20 years and have also worked in the medical…read moreaesthetics industry for 11 years, so I'm very familiar with how a reputable practice should operate. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. If you value your safety, time, and money--go elsewhere. *I will be reporting this facility to Abbvie.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this amazing practice. I was initially referred by a…read morefriend to the practice because I needed a general doctor. At my first appointment (and btw I love Angelica the nurse practitioner...so patient and knowledgeable), I noticed the med spa part of the office. So, I'm very into trying new products, but never ventured into the world of botox/fillers...although I've been curious, especially since turning 44!! I started with the aquagold facial. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to dabble, but isn't ready for injections. Taylor was fantastic in that she completely managed my expectations. She let me know that I would love the results, but likely it wouldn't be enough. Omg, was she spot on! I glowed, but it didn't really fill in anything. Fast forward to quarantine when we were all stuck at home looking drab (haha!). I did a virtual appointment with Dr. Nisha, who is literally the coolest doctor I have ever met...you'll want to be friends with her! Dr. Nisha knew exactly what I wanted, and so I trusted her with Volbella for above my lip and my actual lip. The results are so natural that not even my husband knows I had anything done. I have had tons of compliments, but no one actually knows! Finally, on my last visit, I bought the August promotion. They are great for monthly promotions! I had 2 facials for $200. So, I just got microdermabrasion for the first time and love it. Again, this was with the awesome Taylor and my skin is so clean! I have literally found my spot. I am very conservative and love that they don't push me. They all seem to get that I just want to be a better version of myself, not someone different!

I'm pretty surprised with how my actual experience was at AH Laser because of their outstanding…read morereviews. The secretaries and technicians here were all very nice, especially my laser hair removal tech, Taylor. She was great, so informative, and made me feel super comfortable. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. I recommend trying another place out first.
