She rushed me in quickly to a room, left, and sent in a different provider for a consultation. As soon as the consult was over "Ohh sorry we JUST NOW ran out of Botox" coincidentally. I know that I was basically getting services denied. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, the same way a Dr doesn't like that either. I hope they learn not to judge a book by its cover. I'll take my money elsewhere and I'll make sure to let people know so that hopefully they don't do this to others!

Had my first facial ever here. Bought a groupon but was disappointed when I saw the actual price of…read morethe facial I received. Groupon makes it seem like you are saving 50% but you really aren't saving much, maybe 10-20%. The entire facial lasted 30 mins - although I was told on the phone 45 mins. After I got a face mask, the lady walked out of the room. I was looking up facial information online, and I remember reading, if they leave the room instead of giving you a scalp massage, find another place to go. Over the experience was OK but not enough to ever go back. Staff was nice but $89 (groupon price) for a 30 min facial is a ripoff. Most places are about $60/hour I have come to find out. I feel a bit cheated.

Kim is simply amazing. There's no simpler statement than that to make. She is sweet, kind, warm,…read morefriendly, inviting, intelligent and intuitive. Kim was suggested to me through a current client if her's. I went to see her to get Botox and to talk to her about some facial fillers. Kim was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me about fillers, what I would need to do to achieve a desired look and what would and would not be advised. She was so patient and walked me through every step. We did Botox and some facial fillers. Kim is so incredibly gentle and skilled. I felt comfortable and she was very in tune with every facial expression, breath, or twitch. She worked with me to achieve a very natural and subtle result; making sure nothing appears over filled or unbalanced. Kim also maintains a relationship with her clients so that if there's any questions, issues or concerns, she can be reached. Or... if the client decides they would like a little more work done after the filler settles, they can simply call. She is not one of these pretentious, L.A. style injectors. She is so caring and a perfectionist. If it's your first time or you're a pro at this, check Kim out. You will love her.

I've been seeing Dr. Morno for a year or so, for Botox and filler. She is amazing! I've never been so happy with my results, she is humorous, very smart and kind. Listens to my likes/dislikes. Such an artist! She has amazing credentials as an Allergan trainer and experience as an ocular surgeon. I would not go to anyone else for injections moving forward. She also performed a session of microneedling/PRF injections under my eyes and the results are fantastic. I've scheduled another session. I would trust no one else with my under eye. 10/10! I can't say enough about her. In addition, I visited Dr. Bakhos for surgical removal of a lesion right on my cheek and the results healed beautifully. I would highly recommend both of them, whether you are needing a surgical treatment or simply visiting the med spa. Both med spa and surgery offices have the KINDEST, most professional staff. These treatments are not the most fun and someone is there every time holding your hand. Everyone I have met has been patient, kind, communicative and so well educated on procedures/processes/outcomes. Shoutout to Alicia, Alexa and the awesome assistant who worked with me during Dr. Bahkos procedure. Highly recommend for the best service and results every time. Do not hesitant to visit RL.
