The nurse told me that nothing is diffusing but she is what smells because she slathers herself in some oil to disinfect. 1) I like nurses to use proper cleaning techniques 2) the response should have been that she will go wash off or try to wash off the oil. But no. That didn't happen. So I tried to fill out the paperwork but the smell was awful. Then a guy that works there came in and said that it smells great. I said no, it doesn't. He asked what's wrong with me that I don't think it smells good. I said it made me feel sick and my sinuses don't like it. He told the nurse they should "throw her in the sauna." What?! I'm not the problem and I don't need to be thrown anywhere. Your crazy overuse of a concentrated oil is making me ill! I tried to finish the paperwork but I couldn't thing clearly enough to do it. I had to leave. So now I feel awful AND I didn't get a b12 shot. I'm totally disappointed because I'd have liked to use some of their other services but I just felt sick and put down.

Such an amazing "space" I recommend making a half or full day experience out of it - go with a friend or a group. We started our day with the salt cave followed by the foot soak, enjoyed a wonderful tea (little did we know contained mushrooms and was quite delicious) and then hung out downstairs at the "bar" for another healthy beverage. That said, a friend of mine strongly recommended IVme, and I'm so glad she did. The calming, welcoming vibe here is great to start. It's giving med-spa with the overall aesthetic. I was greeted by the receptionist and given water while I waited. Kayleigh, the nurse injector I met with, was so so great. She made me feel at ease, walked me through the process/any potential questions, and -give my past experience - even broke down the different types of botox and what she'd be using for me specifically. To me, the service itself is of course important, but I also just notice and appreciate when the person providing the service just really feels trusting, and like they care. Personally, I only get units in my forehead and find it to be pretty painless (quick pokes), so I can't speak to other areas for injectables. Pleasant, relaxing, & fairly priced. As a nurse practitioner Klaudia is attentive, extremely knowledgeable about the body and health, and passionate about solving issues at the source (instead of medicating them to mask symptoms - she wants to solve the problem). The facility is inviting, clean and relaxing. Treatment rooms are comfortable and have TV to pass the time during a drip. The schedule is flexible and offers day and evening options. I like the option for Botox, micro needling and fillers. I love that she offers an NAD+ drip program for improved cognition and is building her services portfolio to match her interests and those who seek wellness partners (like us!). Also the tiny attention to detail like offering a blanket while your drip does its thing, or a sparkling water, it's a nice touch! We've made a bi weekly visit part of our routine and hope to maintain. There's street parking and "lot" parking behind the building. Very easy. The office is inside the "State Farm" building in mount prospect, at Central and Rand Cheers.
