I've have various treatments/services at VIVA, but most recently was my first time getting the Detox by Rebecca™ Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Treatment. I'll just come out and say it... 11/10 recommend. Definitely look into all the incredible benefits of lymphatic drainage but in a nutshell I was there really looking for overall detox support. I love how much is reduces any swelling, edema and fluid retention. Plus this treatment can really helpful with boosting blood flow and ciculationation, helping reduce inflammation (definitely a top reason I went for this service). Reduces stress and anxiety, clears brain fog, increase energy levels, the list goes on...! Overall, very supportive to improving overall health and well-being. Esmerelda did a fantastic job, you can tell she is very well-versed in this craft. She helped me have a deeper understanding of what each step does/supports, and make me feel comfortable the entire time. Viva was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Between the staff, atmosphere and benefits I felt after, I was truly amazed. I got their wellness IV before a wedding this past weekend as I was getting over a terrible cold. Let's just say I was the only one who felt amazing the next day and it helped kick my cold. Definitely recommend the IV and will be going back before the next wedding I'm attending in august or anytime my body feels like I could use it!! Everything about VIVA Wellness is an amazing, peaceful experience. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They always offer a beverage prior to your service and definitely want to make you feel comfortable and stress-free (as possible). I purchased an infrared sauna package after visiting, learning about all the services offered, and an infrared sauna session through a Yelp event. My subsequent visits have been fantastic. I love the sauna! There is even Bluetooth capabilities so you can listen to your own music while sweating the stress away. The sauna can fit 2 people (for the same price) and there is fun mood lighting with a chart of what lights help the various parts of the body. I'm not sure if it actually works, but if you set the light to change colors it kind of feels like a party. The room has robes, plentiful towels, a mini refrigerator with water, various personal hygiene wipes (makeup remover, deodorant, etc). My favorite is the super cute, tiny refrigerator with cold towels infused with lavender and eucalyptus. It feels so good after 60 minutes of sauna time!!! They do have a 48-hour cancellation policy so be mindful of scheduling appointments. I woke up feeling ill (neg covid test) and they did not dock me a session, which I greatly appreciated; however, with the COVID-19 pandemic still ongoing and new highly contagious variants running rampant, I feel like the gal on the phone could have been a bit more empathetic and offer to reschedule. A personal suggestion is having the essential oils used throughout the experience readily available for purchase behind the check-in/out counter. I did purchase a vial of an oil, but the girl had to pull out 2 bags of small vials of all types from a drawer and it was kind of a hot mess (from a retail perspective). I wish infrared saunas were a more common trend in Milwaukee.... or *suggestion* VIVA should open an East Side location ;) ... VIVA definitely has the best price point for their sauna and it's worth the 20-25 minute drive. I'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment!!! A solid 4.5/5. read more

The infrared sauna session is an incredible experience! The minute I walked into the business, I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. Bonus: the decor is boho chic and contributes to an overall zen feel. I'm a big fan of saunas for relaxation and health purposes but, the infrared light is a game-changer. I loved how you could select the light color based on how you're feeling or an area you are looking to improve. You can select one color and change at any time. Or, you can elect to cycle through all the colors. The freedom of choice and ability to play with the colors makes this a more personalized wellness experience. You also have the ability to adjust the temperature and can step out of the sauna at any time. There really some thoughtful touches in the sauna room including hair elastics, which I was incredibly grateful for because you sweat like crazy and will not want your hair down! There were deodorant wipes, booty wipes and complimentary water. They also had chilled washcloths scented with peppermint and lavender essential oils. They called these "cooling towels". While in the sauna, I recommend taking at least two cooling towels and one dry hand towel. The sauna is small. You can sit or stand or maybe maneuver into a semi-horizontal position. You have the sauna for 60 mins and room for an additional 15 which was plenty of time to get ready to step in and ready to leave. I left feeing lighter, relaxed, and renewed. read more

Have you ever experienced an infrared sauna? If not, please schedule an appointment at VIVA Wellness. I was able to enjoy a 60 minute session today and I'm hooked. When I arrived the receptionist offered me a warm welcome. The sauna was explained along with the process for the mood lighting. I felt amazing after the session, my skin feels softer and moisturized. I recommend hydrating after the session as you will sweat quite a bit. To start off, the staff at Viva Wellness is amazing. I had to cancel my original appointment super last minute because of something that came up at work and the staff was so helpful in rescheduling. We were greeted very kindly and given a tour of the spa- which is so lovely! Everything is beautifully decorated and very clean. We got a total of an hour and 15 minutes for our experience- an hour in the sauna and 15 minutes afterwards to cool down, refresh, and get changed. The room the sauna is located in is so welcoming with lovely decor, plants, and essentials. There were towels, robes, cooling towels with peppermint (SO lovely after our sauna session, and other basics like deodorant and makeup wipes, water, and chlorophyll water (which my husband LOVED). The sauna has settings for temperature, light, and different color infrared waves to target different chakras. It was perfectly spacious enough for my husband and I. We both left feeling extremely refreshed and I look forward to coming back soon. I couldn't recommend Viva Wellness enough! read more

I received a free 60-minute infrared sauna session through Yelp Elite to try out VIVA Wellness (Thank you!). The staff was great to work with when I messed up my scheduling and responsive when I arrived for my appointment. I really enjoyed my experience with the infrared sauna - you can control the temperature and you leave the space feeling fully refreshed. At VIVA, the sauna is inside a room where you can get undressed and put back together after - the space includes a bathrobe, plenty of towels, cooling towels inside a tiny fridge, infused or water, cold water bottles, face/body wipes. I was able to put on a podcast (on my phone outside the sauna), turn up the heat and turn down the lights and relax for 60 full minutes. I will be back! read more

Lovely place!! When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff immediately and was offered coffee, water, or tea. The space smells so good and gives you a relaxed feeling from the second you walk in. I was there for an hour in the infrared sauna. This was my first time doing this, and it was an excellent experience. The sauna is in your own personal room where you can keep your things, and they have a fridge stocked with water for you. They also provide plenty of towels, robes, cold towels, and items to refresh after the sauna. Once you are in the sauna there is a timer that counts down your session, and you are able to adjust the temperature to your liking. There is also a chakra chart and you are able to pick what color light you want to restore the chakra of your choosing. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend! read more

My first appointment at VIVA Wellness could have been anything but relaxing as it was my first journey with a colonic, however, I found the entire experience to leave me cleansed , rejuvenated and calm. Laura French was amazing from the tour of the beautifully furnished, clean and peaceful spa space to the knowledge she shared about the colon and procedure before the service, to keeping me comfortable and informed during the colonic. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly and I booked two further colonics to keep my wellness journey going. i just had a Vitamin D IV drip session and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Lisa administered the IV and was very friendly, sweet, and professional. If you have never received an IV drip before I highly recommend going to Viva for your first time. The environment is warm and inviting but still feels like you're in a professional medical space to get the care you need. Amazing wellness center! I started coming here for the HCG program and have since added in multiple other services. Jennifer and her staff are warm and friendly, they truly care about your experience. Jennifer and Rachel have successfully guided me through my HCG program and I am grateful for all their support. I lost 28 lbs in 6 weeks and I have maintained that weight loss post HCG. Their program guides you back into regular life and for the first time I have not gained back the weight I lost. While the program was difficult at times, what weight loss program isn't, I learned a lot about my self and how to change my unhealthy relationship with food. I discovered that I can push through hard situations and I am capable of doing hard things. The weight loss has been amazing but there have been many other positive benefits I have experienced along this journey. I decided to try colonics and lymphatic drainage along side my weight loss program and I feel like a new person. I am sleeping better, my energy is off the charts, my skin glows, my mood is improved and my stomach doesn't hurt.
