Not only was I able to return to doing what I love, but I felt even better than I had in a very long time. As a healthcare provider myself, I don't give referrals lightly. Competence, compassion, and integrity matter tremendously to me, and Dr. El Baghdadi embodies all three. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, meticulous, kind, and truly gifted at what she does. She took the time to listen, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me hope when I genuinely thought my career might be compromised. Her beautiful new office in Libertyville is warm, welcoming, modern, and reflects the same level of excellence she provides to every patient. I visited Dr Sarah Graef last year. My goal was to find triggers to my acne and relief from it and…read moreimprove my overall nutrition. At the time I went to Dr. Graef I had had acne for 18 years during which I had tried topical medication, antibiotics, chemical peels, laser surgery and extraction with mostly little to no improvement. Dr. Graef gave me nutritional suggestions practical and realistic for my life style - meaning she took into account my level of cooking skill, how much time I had for cooking and foods I liked and disliked when choosing recipes. I appreciated this approach because it was tailored to me but also set me up to be able to succeed. I knew my eating habits werent great and appreciated that she was non judgmental. She took the time to locate recipes and explained the benefit of each one sharing some of her own tips. I think her approach helped me take the baby steps I needed to make changes in my eating habits. I noticed improvement In my acne the first month following instituting her suggestions. While I still had some breakouts, it was only once or twice a month. Now as more time has passed I have 0-1 per month and have stopped one of my two acne medications. I notice if I stay with the nutritional changes, get enough sleep and drink lots of water that my overall skin tone even looks better and less red. Prior to Dr. Graef, no doctor had discussed diet in relation to my acne.

They scheduled me in right away, for later that day! Friendly and helpful staff at the front. They took some x-rays, gently, as I was still recovering. They also gave me a referral for a local place that seems perfect. Ultimately, I didn't receive any treatment on this visit, so I can't comment on that.
