I recently had the Mesotherapy done on my saddlebags. My hips have always been super 'thick' and I…read morehave been self conscious about them. My treatment last about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was very sore afterwards (you are getting multiple injections in your skin). This only last for about 3-4 days. I had to massage my area with a cream and overtime the soreness and lumpy feeling decreased. I did a pain pill (something extra I had at home) overnight to help me sleep because I was uncomfortable, and I sleep on my side. I am day 5 out from my treatment and I can see a huge noticeable difference. I will only need one more treatment to get the results I want. I could stop here, but I have seen big changes and my thighs are slimming down. I highly recommend this for anyone battling a specific area of your body that you want to trim down. It will hurt the first couple of days, but the results are worth it. Remember beauty is pain.

The review does not reflect poorly on her whatsoever. I want to be quite clear about that. Unfortunately, the low rating is for the first impression of the spa and the business policy. I have absolutely NEVER rated a spa this low. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes before it began and walked into an empty waiting room. The minutes ticked on as my appt. approached and still no one was at the front desk. The owner exited a treatment room with one of her clients, and to my surprise, didn't even make eye contact with me. I was the only one in the waiting room. She proceeded to check her customer out at the register, then walked to the back of the building. No hello. No greeting. No eye contact. Zilch. Yikes. The front desk employee finally came up to the waiting area and didn't say anything to me, but shyly smiled. I ended up having to say that I had a 1:45 appt; it was 1:47. All she said was "yeah I think you're checked in already". Not "Cristelle is running late" or "I'm so sorry for the wait". Nada. The actual service by Cristelle was superb. My skin was THIRSTY for a hydrafacial! The extra arm/neck massage was so wonderful as well. She is a total sweetie and is great at what she does! I do remember booking my initial appt. with Rachel though, and there was no mention of why Rachel wasn't available that day. The only con was the music, which I gently had to tell her to change, because the lyrics were something to the tune of "you can undress me and touch my body", etc. Definitely not calming for what should be a relaxing appointment and experience. R&B is not relaxing :) After the appointment, Cristelle recommended several products and I walked away with a sunscreen that I'm very excited to try! A couple of days later, I booked another online appointment, this time with Rachel, because I chose a day I was available. I was called 10 minutes later, only to be told that "they like customers to stay with one provider", so I essentially HAD to be booked with Cristelle in order to stay a customer. Huh? I've never heard of such a thing. You need to let customers choose a day that THEY have free, not based on you wanting them to stay with the same esthetician. I'm sure this place has its regulars and that's great. But due to the lack of basic customer service skills and the fact that a customer can't actually choose an appointment date that works for THEM, you've lost me. I left feedback on the follow up form and never heard from the owner. Lastly is the alert system, which literally sent me 4 texts in a matter of 12 hours letting me know what my appointment time was. Way overkill. I almost didn't mention it, but I think it's noteworthy of marketing, is that the flyer for your upcoming event doesn't have a time on it. I know you know this, I'm just not sure why you would leave people with not knowing a time for an event. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, considering customers are what makes a business run.

They'll take care of your parking which make it hassle free once you get here. I always get the same great consistent results! The great thing about Skin is that they also contribute to "The March of Dimes" charity, which I think is a very noble cause. Skin also offers the Obagi product line and their lip balm is the best I've had (yes, I love Burts bees but I grab the chapstick from Skin off my dresser any day), they don't push the products but do make recommendations. They're patient, understanding and very professional. They also have Military discount which is cool. You can feel that this business is also family oriented. Knowing that my skin is in good hands, I leave this place feeling more confident. I used to come here years ago but my job takes me all over the place, the Navy has a saying, haze gray and under way. What I miss about Skin though, is Brittney and my last Aesthetician Julie (Thank you for having such high energy), sad that they've moved on but happy that I got to meet Jasmine and Crystal. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back after my tour in Japan if I get stationed out here again (Red Heart Shape). Writing this makes me realize what intimacy really is about, Intimacy isn't always about being erotic or sexual in nature but more like a close and caring nurture and that's what I got from Skin in a major way. The care I get here is the feeling of being nurtured and I think everyone needs a little bit of that now a days.

We booked a couples massage and head spa treatment for our honeymoon and it could have gone better…read more The cash price online was $260 but when we got there, they made us pay $290 since we chose to have deep tissue instead of Swedish massage. We were already there so I didn't want to leave but I felt that was dishonest marketing. My husband had never had a massage before but I have had years of them by professionally licensed massage therapists... the massage I received was not professional. For the price, it was a steal, though. There were parts that did feel good and the lady who did my massage was nice, despite speaking no English and not understanding my questions or concerns. I would say over 15 minutes of the massage was light rubbing over my sheet on my back, that was not something I was expecting. The massage itself was just okay, I would not personally go back for another one. I do not think the person massaging me was licensed or has training in massages. The head spa part was pretty cool! I did like the set up and overall I was comfortable. There were parts I was getting a bit cold at but she had a heater and I believe steam at one point. The products smelled very good. I have very thin hair and unfortunately when my hair dried from the service it looked super greasy. Like I said, no real complaints to the two ladies who performed our services. I think they did the best job they could do and we tipped them each $30 at the end but I don't think we will be coming back to this spa because for a little bit more money we can get massages from licensed professionals.
