All the ladies are so helpful and are very skilled at what they do. This spa offers so many wellness options and treatments that have to do with beauty. My only thing is that I wish I would have known about this place sooner. I come here for the Lipo Cavitation treatments and yes they do work but you MUST be compliant with the before and after care for it to show results. Like with everything else it takes your part, dedication and a little investing if you want that snatched look. Depending on the technician you get, you will have a chance to experience there own personal style when it comes to there treatment rooms. Every room is decorated different and will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The hours of this spa is also why I keep coming back. They are so accommodating and understand people work during the day and have appointments after 5pm which is great if you work like I do. From the first time I walked in there I knew I would definitely be coming back for something. I was there initially for lipo captivation but they also do facials, massages, laser hair removal etc. I would definitely coming back for something bc their energies is amazing. I had the pleasure of being paired with Dawn today and she was absolutely a formative knowledgeable she walk me through everything. Dawn is the best. I've been to several laser hair removal spa's and by far this has had the best results and hardly no pain. She definitely makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions you may have. The other staff I have met are very nice but Dawn is typically the one that handles all my appointments. They offer a variety of services and they definitely stand behind their products and services. Her prices are more than fair and she even allows you to pay per visit instead of all up front. 3* for friendliness and offering to help. I bought Groupon for laser lipo and I was upsold to cavitation for $20 extra each session. No changes at all in inches or weight after 4 weeks. Measurements before and after we're taken by two different people so of course last session tape was squeezed a little tighter to show inch lost. I had open mind purchasing Groupon and now I feel like a fool buying into laser lipo PLUS cavitation. I hate to write negative review but person should think twice before being lead to believe there is a thing such as laser lipo. read more

I received a hot towel partial (upper) body wrap. It advertises it will assist in losing water weight up to 1-2 inches in serviced area. The appointment was easy to make and timely but I did not notice any change at all after the procedure and I followed all of the directions for before and after the treatment. I was not impressed with the facility or the procedure. The customer service was nice and the price was good $50-but I will not be returning for that service. read more

While my massage was good, I feel the spa could improve on the relaxation aspect. I was booked for a 90 minute massage for my birthday and throughout a majority of the service, you could here constant beeping from a machine being used in the other room. The beeping continued every time somebody would press one of the buttons or change the settings and disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing service. The spa also utilizes a doorbell every time the door opens, useful for it staff are in the back, but the rooms are not sound proof and this was yet again another disruption to my massage. I could hear people walking in and talking on the phone. Other spas I know book appointments to avoid check ins while services are being performed but that did not seem to be the case. They do play relaxing music but the noise pollution takes away from what could be a really relaxing service. read more

Two weeks ago, I made an appointment for the Detox Package. I was getting married that Saturday and needed a "pamper me/stress release". The ladies were great! My massage was fabulous and exactly what I needed! My wrap made me feel prettier and more confident about getting into my wedding dress in a few days. I'm new to Virginia and it seems that permanent makeup is not as popular as it is back where I'm from. I found this place on groupon and was skeptical because I've always gotten my permanent makeup done in LA but decided to give it a chance . When I called for an appointment, the woman on the phone was so pleasant to talk to. She worked with me and my busy schedule and got me in on a Saturday at 9am. As I arrived I noticed how beautiful this spa was and very relaxing. From the colors on the wall to decorations to the music played. I met Regina, my permanent makeup artist and she was also very nice to talk to. Before I got my procedure done ( tattooed eyeliner ) she looked at the way I drew my eyeliner on when I came in and asked me if I'd like it that way. I said yes. So we took off my makeup and she put numbing cream on. We waited for the numbing cream to take effect and she began. I don't know what her technique is but it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. She started very light handed instead of heavy so it was easier for me to adjust to any pain that would come. ( oh I forgot to mention that the rooms they do your procedure in are very nice, I laid on a cushion table/ bed whatever it was lol and she put a cover over me so I could be comfortable. ) and before she started she told me if I felt any pain to just imagine myself in a place that brings me peace and she handed me a ball to squeeze on... Okay back to the procedure. She talked to me the whole time to keep me distracted and after she was done she cleaned up my face and showed me my eyeliner. It was beautiful. So beautiful that after I went home and took a nap, when I woke up most of my swelling had gone down and it was a little late but I had to text her and let her know how much I loved it now that I could really see the shape. I sent her pictures and told her I couldn't wait to go back for a follow up. I'll definitely be back for any other permanent makeup I plan on getting and definitely a micro derm. Oh btw. She gives u a packet with instructions and all the ointments you need for after care of ur tattoo! read more

This is an amazing salon. Love all the ladies. I see Cheri most of the time and she is awesome. Love the results I get from Cavitation and Sauna Dome. Tightens and firms the areas you want to work on (in my case, those delightful love handles). To see the results you have to do the work too so follow the instructions from the ladies. I was fortunate enough to get a $45 Groupon for microdermabrasion and even more fortunate to be seen by Aly...she's the best! Nice staff all the way around actually. When you arrive you fill out their Questionaire before your therapist comes to get you. She asked if I wanted to use the ladies room and afterward we set in her relaxing massage room going over my answers and she was most informative. Aly was knowledgeable about my current facial cleanser, moisturizer/sunscreen. I've never worn makeup in my life so I can't actually hide my flaws...it helped that she assured me that my skin is healthy at the end of the procedure. You're given the option to remove whatever clothing you're comfortable discarding before relaxing on the table. I'd just showered and moisturized with coconut oil...big mistake...she needed my skin to be oil free but she didn't scold me or mention it until after she was all done. Aly cleaned my face again prior to performing microdermabrasion. Afterward, she moisturized for me as well. It was so relaxing that I went to sleep almost immediately. She has a very soothing touch...gentle and trustworthy. Nothing at all like the 2 sessions I'd had years ago at different spas. I felt as tho Aly was informed, personable, kind, gracious and born to own her own spa one day. I cannot recommend her more highly...she's great! :-) I'll return to take advantage of their 3 visit special. I now know that it's recommended every 28 days and that Groupon takes a huge chunk of their earnings so it's best to go directly to the spa. Aly wasn't the person to share that info with me...always good to be informed tho.
