I was on the fence coming here. When I arrived I had forgotten my new patient paperwork. I completely acknowledged it apologized for etc. the lady at the front was very nice I went and sat down went over the paper work and o had signed a document stating $150 but he said it was $160 already paid $75 to make the appointment. He said well it's $160 and I told him not for me I signed a document that clearly states $150 so I'll pay that he proceeds to call me "that lady, that new patient, her" all while holding my paper work with my name written all over it. I went ahead and requested to cancel the appointment because he couldn't even use my name. He wanted to change pricing when yes $10 bucks is only $10 bucks but it's the principal behind it all. I made an appointment online and my son (a cancer survivor with numerous lingering health issues) became sick at school and I needed to reschedule the appointment for the following day. I was informed that I would have to pay $50 cancellation fee to reschedule. If there is no flexibility for unforeseen events related to illness, how can I continue with this company? The staff was unaffected and very matter of fact about the insistence that the cancellation fee must be charged even to reschedule, and within ten minutes, my card had been charged the cancellation fee. I chose this place after I read the other yelp reviews, and I am not impressed. I would have spent a lot of money there. A fee to reschedule? Give me a break. read more
