The front desk women are not welcoming at all. Worst vibes and attitudes ever!!! period. Me and my friend went to get our babies adjusted. They told her that we could drop by anytime without an appointment and babies are free. Clearly, today that wasn't the case. They waited until after we went to the adjusting table and waited 5-10mins to tell me that my son couldn't be seen and that my friend would have to pay for her son.. needless to say, we're never coming back there again. Rule of thumb is to A: have a good welcoming attitude towards all customers and potential customers and B: always be up front about cost and other regulations your establishment provides. There are other better chiropractic places with better attitudes than this. read more

I started seeing Dr Coleman on the recommendation of my previous chiropractor in the Northern Virginia area. I've seen chiropractors since I was about 16, but it wasn't until I started seeing a doctor that focused on treating the biomechanics of my back (at almost 40!) that I found true relief and improvement. Dr. Coleman is compassionate, involved, and extremely knowledgeable/talented medical professional that genuinely cares about each and every patient that walks into her office. I can say this from the viewpoint of a patient, but also from the eyes of a staff member. I worked for the doctor for 2 years, and have seen innumerable success stories: families from grandson to grandma all coming and getting adjusted, recovering from injuries, gaining strength, and just getting a little more pep in their step!
