I met with a nurse who evaluated my problems and educated me on what I should get treated. She put together notes to make my in office visit quick and easy. I really like how professional they are as medical professionals and not as most cosmetic professionals who don't consider health factors and putting together a health & physical. On the day of my in-person appointment, upon arrival they took me into one of the nurses office to continue my consultation and take pictures of my problem areas. All information was added on to my record. They had also scheduled me for a chemical peel. The lady who did my chemical peel was so sweet and informative. She was so patient with me. To reach it, I needed to lean inside the freezer compartment. Of course I needed both hands to lift it. Butt, as I started to bring the mac 'n cheese out, I felt a sudden whoosh of cold air. My pants fell off! I dropped that mac and cheese on the floor and grabbed my pants before they hit the floor. Aimee wasn't lying when she said AcuLaser takes off inches! So that's the good news. And the bad news? My pants fell off! I was mortified! Threw that mac n cheese in the cart and scurried to the other side of the store! I love this place. Aimee is just the easiest person to talk to. She is motivated by a genuine love for people and a desire to help. The treatments are fun and relaxing. No matter what kind of mess you've let yourself slide into, there is no shame at AcuLaser. Ive been coming here for a while. I originally bought a package with LightRx and I guess they did a…read morerebranding since then and changed their name. Ive mostly seen different people when coming in, but sometimes ive had the same girl doing my laser hair removal - some are better than others. Ive been to a few different places for laser hair removal with wildly different results. The machines at this place actually do work. Most of the hair on my lower legs and underarms are gone now. I use to get that 5 o'clock shadow on my underarms and would shave it morning and night, but now I only shave if im coming for an appointment or if months have gone by bc theres not much hair leftover. My Brazilian is another story. When it was called LightRx, they wouldnt laser the area that shows if youre wearing a bikini, which is part of the point of getting a Brazilian, so you dont have hair showing. They also were not thorough at all. I do have some areas that are smooth down there now, but the main reasons that I wanted the Brazilian werent really hit and I complained about it many times. I only had 1 session left of my package since they changed their name and that session was actually the best one out of every session ive ever had at this location. I dont know if its just bc of the technician or if they've changed how they do things. I finally felt like they took their time and did the whole thing right, for the most part. The Brazilian still could have been slightly more thorough, but I didnt complain bc she did way better than anyone else had and also bc it was super spicy and I dont think I could have handled more that trip lol. I got the lifetime package so any extra sessions that ill need to finish off the area are heavily discounted. I will be back to continue the Brazilian.

During that time, multiple staff members walked by without acknowledging me or asking if I had been helped. I eventually texted the scheduling number to let them know I was there. Someone then came out, handed me a laptop to complete the intake forms, and told another staff member that I was in the lobby. I heard the other staff member respond, "Okay," but after finishing the paperwork, I continued waiting for another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 30 minutes past my appointment time without anyone coming to take me back or even updating me on the delay, I decided to leave without being seen. I understand that offices can run behind, but a simple acknowledgment or communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, as my experience was similar to what others have described. I hope the clinic improves its communication and respect for patients' time.
