But this place opens early and they are ready to help when you come in the door; I am so tired of those businesses that open later and still not ready to welcome customers!! The prices are good, so it's their color selection. Thank you so much for being there, I'll be coming back.

Love Paint Nail Bar in Huntersville! Make sure to ask for Maira. Maria is not only a fabulous nail…read moretechnician -- she's truly experienced and knows exactly what she's doing. She has perfected every single set I've ever asked for, no matter the design, shape, or level of difficulty. Whether I want simple art or something more detailed, she always delivers it flawlessly. One thing I really appreciate is how patient and attentive she is. If I'm unsure about a nail color, she pulls options that match exactly what I'm looking for. And she's honest -- if she doesn't think a color will look good on me, she tells me. That's something I value so much in a nail tech. If you're looking for someone talented, creative, and genuinely invested in making your nails look their best, Maria is definitely the one to go to.

Quality has declined with the newer nail techs. I have seen the attitudes of other nail techs shift. I can only imagine this is a management issue. I use to love going there because they were reliable, service was great, and there was always a warm welcome. Now I still get a warm welcome and the girls are sweet but appointments have been cancelled more than once same day and quality of services are plummeting. If you can get in with a nail tech that had been there for a while you stand the chance of getting better services. Currently looking for another salon. Really disappointed in this salon. It has so much potential.

I had walked in and asked to get a quote for nails that I wanted for prom they were a short set with black French tip and some diamonds. I asked the lady, how much would this be full set short like that and with gel the lady zooms in on the picture and she asked are those diamonds I said yes how much would it be? I just want to get an idea of how much I will be spending clearly tells me $60 mind you at the same time I am on the phone with my mom so my mom also heard $60 so my mom sent me $65 so I could pay for the nails, including the tip since I was using a prepaid card, however I get my appointment at 12:30 and I sit down in the lady that was supposed to do my nails at 12:30 has another client I have about 30 to 45 minutes and then we start she keeps stopping and going and stopping and going, she looks at the picture we had agreed to $60 so I'm like OK. She takes long it kind of hurt too. She was rushing and just was doing which again she has to be careful with our hands because it is a service time to pay just to reconfirm for the $60. She proceeds. No it's $90. I look at her crazy because she told me $60.03 times and even my mom had heard it, so if you're willing to come here, be ready to have an extra 30 bucks because they'll tell you one price and charge you another the end proceeded to come back and pay her $20 so she can pay it back to the store which again I will not be doing because if we agreed to a certain price in the beginning before we started and throughout the process That is what I will be paying you. You told me a price to that price you can't sit here and charge me $30 extra because you took too long because you decided to stop every five minutes or so and you decided to let somebody in before me after I had scheduled an appointment Again, I do not recommend this place at all

He was very friendly. When I arrived every nail tech was with a customer, even so they graciously brought me back to sit in a massage chair while they finished up other customers. They popped over to start my water and soak. It was very nice of them to be so accommodating last minute, at the end of their day on a Saturday. The gentleman working on my nails was very kind. When he hit a sensitive spot on my foot he so easily adjusted around the area. He checked for ingrown nails without me asking which was SUPER! He was thorough on the multi step pedicure and meticulous even at the end of their long day. The massages during the mani and pedi were great. They were not too hard, too soft or painful. It was really perfect and I appreciated that the whole process wasn't rushed. I thought he took care and was present in the task he was performing with a meticulous eye for detail on painting, making sure the hot stones weren't too hot, exfoliation etc. By the time I was finished up it was 35-55 minutes after closing. I didn't realize when I came in it would be so late for them. Nonetheless you would never know by the caliber of care and time he took. When I banged one of my nails really bad as they were drying he repaired my whole nail and was incredibly kind about the whole thing. I found all of the team very warm and friendly. I did a volcano pedi and a deluxe manicure. I am happy with the results and would return again.
