Hello there, So it's been a little over a week since this hole mess happened:( A couple of days after getting lash fill Bella by Jolena, I was very uncomfortable and had pain and swelling, I let Jelena know, she failed to get back to me to get me into the salon to fix the problem. On the 3rd day after letting her know I had to remove the lashes myself and then I asked her for a refund. The following evening she called me saying that the place I got my original fill did a horrible job and to go back to her. And said that I was not friendly enough with her daughter, yelled at me about something I didn't really understand what she said and hung up.. By the way I had fill from the previous salon one month before I came to Jolena,not one problem from the other place.. I came here because the other lady was out of the country. And I need a fill for up coming baby shower. Worst customer service experience ever!!! read more

I have wanted lash extensions for years so when I went on groupon and found a deal, I immediately made an appt. The lady seemed nice and told me how it worked (or so I thought) and I left feeling happy! When I learned my original lady was out of town, I decided to make an appt at Bella by Jolena. She was so helpful and spent a ton of time educating me on lash extensions that I found out the original lady who put what I thought were lash extensions on, weren't. Jolene spent an hour and a half individually removing every lash extension (smaller clumps purchased from a drugstore) that was put on with PERMANENT glue. I'm so thankful for Jolene and the time she spent educating me! I took a two week break for my eyelashes to grow back and went back to her for a new full set of lashes. She does amazing work and you will be so happy with the finished product! She truly cares about her customers! read more

Jolena is an absolute angel - and an artist. I've had the wonderful opportunity to visit Bella by Jolena on several occasions. I've had a professional make-up session that transformed me into a glam 50's goddess, I've had a facial that left me looking like I had taken a month-long vacation away from the world - glowing and lovely! Most uniquely, she helped my amazing 12-year old son with his acne issues. It's a hard age - and he was suffering greatly. Jolena tenderly restored his self-confidence with her knowledge and skilled approach to teenage acne. He was not excited to go - but after a few sessions with Jolena, he was forever in awe. Jolena is amazing! I went to see Jolena originally for eyelash extensions from a groupon I purchased. I continue to go back because of the excellent service she provides. Jolena is a true professional in everything she does. She recently did my daughters hair & make-up for her senior prom. She blew us both away. We gave her pictures of what we wanted and she made it happen. My daughter had a wonderful experience and felt like princess. I have never met anyone that loves her job as much as Jolena. Jolena is amazing at eyelashes extensions! I have been going to her for 2 years now and she never disappoints. I took a little break at one time and before I was leaving on vacation I decided to try someone that had a Groupon listed for a really good price and had great reviews because I thought Jolena would be booked out. Within an hour of getting my lashes done by this other salon I had to call Jolena because my eyes were so swollen and the glue was so thick on them that they hurt. She got me in right away and took everything off. We let my eyes heal for the next few days and she put new lashes on me the day before I left on vacation. I will NEVER cheat on her again! Lol. I have been going to Bella by Jolena since 2013, and it's a testament to the quality of the service that I go out of my way to get there when there is another aesthetician who does eyelashes two miles from my home. Strangers regularly comment on my eyelashes. They don't comment as much on the waxing and brow tinting, since the job done is so natural that it is almost unnoticeable. Both Jolena and Christina know their stuff, and making their clients feel pampered and beautiful is a priority. I recommend this business highly. I've read some of the other reviews left over the last couple of years and I was surprised that anyone would have anything negative to say but everyone is entitled to their opinion. Jolena has been doing my lashes and grooming my brows for over a year. I'm addicted. My lashes are always beautiful even after two weeks. I get compliments all the time. Her spa is gorgeous especially if you love anything to do with Paris. Anyways, Jolena knows the beauty industry inside and out. She's always up to date on the latest trends and fashions. What a treat to be in the kind and capable hands of the beautiful Jolena! In the last month I've had several of the services she offers. -Eye brow shaping -Lip waxing and not to be missed... -Under eye collagen! All these service gave me a fabulous "perk up" After seeing those results I decided to try her microderm abrasion. It was a lovely experience and the results after just one treatment are more noticeable than I expected. Her shop is darling and she'll go out of her way to make you feel pampered. Just had my first appointment with Jolena yesterday. I have to say I am very pleased with the work she did. She went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and give me the best treatment. Her workplace is very clean, inviting, and has an extremely relaxing atmosphere. Then of course there is Jolena herself who is one of the friendliest and most pleasant people you will meet. I liked the gal that did my lash extensions, but I was disappointed with the quality of lashes. I've had extensions numerous times & these did NOT last long. I'm pretty good at caring for lash extensions - I've had sets previously last me a very long time, but these didn't. A majority of the lashes came off after one week, which was super unusual considering I've had lash extensions many times from other salons & the set I received from this place was really low quality - with a very expensive price tag. read more
