First of all I want to start by saying that this salon is absolutely amazing. The front desk employees, the stylists, everyone is always so warm and welcoming. I experienced that from the moment I walked in the door the very first time I became a customer. Before I started going to Lauren K. I had been getting my hair done with my previous stylist for 10+ years. I would often go tanning at Bella and noticed every time how good she treated the person in her chair but most of all I noticed the outstanding job she did on everyone's cut and style. One thing lead to another and It came time for my old stylist and I to part ways and Lauren K was just the person I wanted to see. She was so friendly and took her time. She really gets to know you and what your style is before she gets started. Which in my opinion, is fantastic. I get my hair cut by her every 6-8 weeks and have been going to her for a couple of years now. Not one time have I ever left that salon upset or unsatisfied with my hair or even when she has colored it. Cut and color with Michelle: I'm 57 years old. I don't have personal connections with any employees. Called Bella Bronze because the salon is on my way home from work. When I first saw Michelle, I wondered if she'd understand me. Very young with an edgy style that is a full generation away from me. She listened. She studied me. She heard me when I spoke of past problems with haircuts and where I wanted to go with my hair. I needed a wash and go style for my unstructured wave. She nailed it. The blow out was beautiful but the true test came when I went 'natural'. Would you believe me if I said this was the best cut I've ever had in my whole life? Not being dramatic. I first heard of Bella from hanging around in the Valley. Being curious I stopped in. I was greeted by Lauren and she was amazing. I signed up for a tanning package and she told me everything about the salon. Next I began to get pedicures by Brittany- amazing! I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. I upped my game and got my brows done by Michael. Again, blown away. That hot wax that KILLS when removed- never felt it. He is THAT AMAZING!!! The salon is amazingly clean, from the floors, to the ceilings, to the lights, to even the corners of the tanning rooms! You can really tell the staff take pride in their salon. You are always greeted with a smile and a hello! You are always thanked for stopping in and told to have a great day. These are not said in passing, the staff literally stop and tell you this things. As a new Ohioan, I've been searching for a local hairstylist for months. We all know you can't just go to any old salon and leave happy. I did some serious research on a bunch of places in the area, finally took a leap of faith, and let me tell you.... My girl Brooke.. hooked. it. UP!!! My hair is literally bouncing!! I didn't even know that was a thing! I went in with 5 months worth of dead ends, and greys... she had me out of there in 2 hours feeling like a queen!! One of the best parts of my experience was telling her what I like & dislike about my hair, and she used a sample of each product they carry to fix it! And they sell those exact products right there in the store! Will definitely be back to shop around! This girl and her team work magic. I can't wait to go back in July! I had a hair cut and color appointment at 9 am on Saturday. On my way there Joe called me and said the stylist called off. My first reaction was ohhh, I guess I am not getting my hair done today. But instead he said he was calling his other salon and trying to get another stylist in. Once I got to the salon he greeted me at the door and sincerely apologized about the situation. Asked if I needed anything at the moment and to just wait a couple minutes. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes. I was fine with that. The stylist comes in with a smile on her face, although we just made her leave her salon and come do my hair. I was so thankful for Amanda going out of her way to come to the valley to do my hair! Long overdue 5 star review! I see Brook for everything from hair color and cuts, to gel nails and pedicures, to tinted and waxed brows, to facials. She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. She's taken me from brunette, to blonde, to violet, and back to brunette with no damage and even helps me match foundation to my skin tone. Let's talk about the salon- the owners have created a wonderful and welcoming place where I truly feel like family every time I walk in the door. It's spotless and they carry an excellent selection of products for all price ranges. In the past, I've seen Cheree, Heather, Michelle, Kylie, Brit J, Alina, Gabby, Sarah and Ashley and they are all wonderful! Everyone is highly trained and highly educated. I visited Bella Bronze yesterday to get my hair cut for the first time in over two years. I was terrified because I've had several bad experiences with salons before (I pretty much avoid getting my hair cut for this reason), but the ladies here made me feel super comfortable with the whole process. Natalie treated me like I was a regular, giving me tips for future styling and hair health. I have literally never been so happy with my hair (I almost cried). I've already received so many compliments and I plan to recommend this salon to everyone I possibly can. I will continue going to Bella Bronze as long as I live in the Akron area. I admit to being very picky, but I am loyal when I am happy. For example, for the past 20 years, I have driven over an hour to get my hair done in another city just because I loved the way my previous stylist did my hair. However, he has now retired so I decided to try someone close to home. I checked Yelp first for reviews, and I am so very happy with my choice! Michael was absolutely awesome. Ladies, he also has hands of gold; best head massage during my hair wash ever! He was cheerful, confident, and explained everything he was doing. I went there for the first time last week on a recommendation from my friend. We both have super curly hair and Bri was AMAZING. The cuts both look wonderful. Bri also did something that is SO rare and SO necessary: she explains what product she uses, why, what products are similar, and how to use them. She taught me how to work with MY hair specifically (not just curly hair in general). I would give her ten stars if I could. Further, Bella Bronze was a nice atmosphere. They want you to have a great experience, and to return. This is evidenced by the first time discounts they give you, as well as the gift bag of coupons you receive. Wonderful! The hair salon is a space that made me feel welcome and comfortable. The clientele seemed diverse: different ages and genders. The space was clean and well decorated, so I really enjoyed being there. I got a style, trim, all-over colour, and a few highlights. Ashley was my stylist. She was very nice and not too chatty. It seemed like all of her co-workers liked her too. She was very thorough and careful with my hair. It took longer than she expected, but she didn't rush and did an excellent job. This was the nicest experience that I have had in an Akron salon and the best results. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! read more

I'm from out of town and was looking for a place to get my hair done. I'm always skeptical about someone I don't know doing my hair, but Bella Bronze did an awesome job! They could get me in at the time I wanted, the stylist asked what type of haircut I wanted, and she gave me just that. She also gave me some great recommendations on how to take better care of my hair since it isn't in the greatest condition. The bonus is that during your first visit they give you coupons for their other services they have like tanning, nails, facials, etc. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I would recommend to anyone! read more

This is one of those rare local businesses that combine a friendly, personable staff committed to excellent customer service with a cool, Gen Y atmosphere. My stylists are Lauren and Rose. Both of which are extremely talented and provide the same level of service to men as they do to women. Little things all add up to make a big difference here, such as: putting your feet up when they wash your hair, providing coffee and water while you wait, and greeting you by your first name as soon as you walk in. The only reason to go to the valley! Best customer service, most knowledgeable about any service or product available or possibly offered at other salons. I am partially bald from intense cancer treatment and NEVER thought I'd gain my confidence or long gorgeous hair back! Aileen taught me about ways to hide my embarrassing bald spot and give me back my; however, vain, but nonetheless extremely important identity. I have been going here for several several years. I highly recommend several stylists....Ashley, Aileen, Abby, if you want crazy colors, Sarah is your bright color girl. I discovered this fine establishment when I moved from Cuyahoga Falls. From the first step inside, I felt like a cherished guest. The beds are world class and always spotless. The staff is incredible. Immediately, everyone somehow manages to memorize your name, so you feel extra welcome. The vibe is like a high end salon in Beverly Hills. One day recently I went in to tan, and despite it being incredibly busy, the owner (Joe) dropped what he was doing and personally cleaned a bed for me. That's customer service. As a new client I was very satisfied! The staff was super friendly and made me feel like I had been going there for years. The salon is super cute and clean. Cheree was the first stylist that has ever done exactly what I wanted to my hair. I highly suggest seeing her, although I'm sure the other ladies in the salon are just as great!
