They are so close and convenient that I have used them several times. I brought them a new cufflink dress shirt and got it back with the secondary sleeve buttons snipped off (by iron?). They fixed it after complaining, but I had never even worn the shirt before they damaged it. They also tried to duck responsibility by stating that it was only laundered and not dry cleaning, which they do not warranty. Except I could "launder" a shirt myself if I didn't want it drycleaned. On another visit, they returned my items without one of the shirts and had to return to retrieve it. I would avoid this location.

Upon giving this location more attempts to earn my business, they have successfully done just that. I have not had any further issues with their basic services. In fact, I needed specific clothes for a formal event the next day. The owner/manager came out (knew my name without looking) and separated the 5 or so articles from the 20 pieces I brought in for a rush service. The next day, ALL 20 pieces had been completed on the rush order and I was not charged for the rush service on even the five pieces.
While my previous issue was disconcerting at the time I wrote my review, it appears to me to a blip in overall excellent service. read more
