In my panic of not having a phone I went to my carrier and they said it was irreparable and I ended up getting a new phone and being extremely upset that I had lost ALL of my pictures and music files that I had collected from the past two years. I kept searching and trying to find some way to get my data off my broken phone and was feeling like there was no hope. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc! I would refer anyone with a broken cell phone to Shoaib at Milton Wireless as he is an expert with excellent customer service and is very reasonable with prices.

They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.

They lose parts, can't keep track of their repair techs, and have terrible customer service if things do go wrong. I'd pick another place, even if you have to go to Kitchener. I called ahead to ensure that they could fix my phone. They said they had the part and they told me to come in on a specific day because they would have a tech in for the repair. It was a repair that would take 30 min. Perfect! I drove 1 hour into town with my seven month old baby in tow only to be told that the customer service representative "Halvsa?" was mistaken and that the tech wasn't in that day (no apology). Ok fine. She said they could have my repair completed by noon the next day. I asked for her assurance as coming back the next day meant another hour long drive with a baby. She assured me the repair will be completed by that time. So the next day I arrived on time and naturally the repair wasn't done. According to her they lost the part and now needed to order in a new one. And instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve or make it up to me or any of the normal customer service things she instead kept repeating over and over again "it's not my fault, you have to understand" and blames it on her manager who is on vacation. I honestly found the entire interaction completely unprofessional and childish. So if this company wants to endorse this kind of behaviour that's their prerogative but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
