They lose parts, can't keep track of their repair techs, and have terrible customer service if things do go wrong. I'd pick another place, even if you have to go to Kitchener. I called ahead to ensure that they could fix my phone. They said they had the part and they told me to come in on a specific day because they would have a tech in for the repair. It was a repair that would take 30 min. Perfect! I drove 1 hour into town with my seven month old baby in tow only to be told that the customer service representative "Halvsa?" was mistaken and that the tech wasn't in that day (no apology). Ok fine. She said they could have my repair completed by noon the next day. I asked for her assurance as coming back the next day meant another hour long drive with a baby. She assured me the repair will be completed by that time. So the next day I arrived on time and naturally the repair wasn't done. According to her they lost the part and now needed to order in a new one. And instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve or make it up to me or any of the normal customer service things she instead kept repeating over and over again "it's not my fault, you have to understand" and blames it on her manager who is on vacation. I honestly found the entire interaction completely unprofessional and childish. So if this company wants to endorse this kind of behaviour that's their prerogative but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took to WI to have a look and it turned out there was some corrosion on the contacts (due to the fact that the screen had lifted and I had just taped it down and then got lazy when it eventually wore off the tape.... hence letting the moisture in... ugh.). the Screen was fixed the same day! Anyway, after that, the next day I discovered that the microphone wasn't working - that was quickly diagnosed and repaired (no charge) and then when the keyboard wasn't working (the following day), that too was repaired promptly and without charge. The guys are positive, honest and stand behind their work. No blaming. The only advice I would offer, is to ensure that a complete function check is done before the phone leaves the shop,.. But I can't be hard on them for this, because I saw many people (phone addicts) lining up to get their phones fixed and like addicts of any kind, the customers want their phones back FAST!

I picked up my phone the same day without any fuss or extra charges. Now when I got another phone shortly after I took it in to have a part repaired and asked to check if the phone could be unlocked to a specific carrier. The repair was done for over $100 less than I was quoted elsewhere and when the tech noticed the phone couldn't be unlocked he didn't do it. Now that is respect for a client! I've had other places simply continue and do the job then go ahead and charge me. I'll keep taking my devices to these guys for as long as I reside in Milton and I recommend others do the same!
