They both have many years of experience fixing phones and computers. One thing I like is that they have 3 months warranty if you buy from them. Yes, they sell re-furbished phones, and some merchandise that is not the top of the line. But it is a growing business, run by honest and friendly guys. They deserve a chance to prove themselves. I will continue coming to get their help. China town is also very cool to visit here in Calgary.

Contact imobile, they came out to the house, diagnosed the problem as an incorrect installation of the screen, and repaired overnight for $90. Was very impressed with Wan professional approach, not to mention the 6mo warranty on repairs(which is about triple what the competition is offering!!!!) When we arrived at this location, the employee told us the model discussed on the phone was not the same TV we wanted, even though the other location had confirmed it was. We explained, politely, what had already happened with the mixed up information and the fact that we had paid upfront for a product that still was not available. The employee smirked and laughed in response, which came across as mocking rather than an attempt to help. There was no attempt to find a solution. We left more frustrated than when we arrived. Unprofessional and rude, on top of everything else that had already gone wrong with this purchase.
