He looks me up in the system says I'm not there even though I have the paperwork. He tells me I have to call a 1800 using my phone. He then helps another client who was already talking to his colleague. The person on the other line asks to talk to the store staff and I then have to pass my phone to a another colleague. 45 minutes later I'm told I have to reapply. Give another deposit and the original will be credited in 35 days. Never got an apology the worst customer service ever!!

It was an excellent experience and we were treated with such respect and kindness. After a few days in the midst of a power outage that lasted a few hours, I discovered I wasn't able to use a personal hotspot for my IPad. As seniors, we prefer to use iPad rather than our iPhones to pay bills or send and read email.i tried to contact Telus but could not speak to a person and kept getting the Same message. Basically, old phones don't have the capacity for PH. Newer ones did, I had an iphone 12. At no point was I told the essential package I signed up for did not have PH. Telus would not help me. Brett at Mobile Klinic was amazing. He cancelled the contract and set me up with Koodo. He transferred everything and when we left we felt we got the best customer service around. They both have many years of experience fixing phones and computers. One thing I like is that they have 3 months warranty if you buy from them. Yes, they sell re-furbished phones, and some merchandise that is not the top of the line. But it is a growing business, run by honest and friendly guys. They deserve a chance to prove themselves. I will continue coming to get their help. China town is also very cool to visit here in Calgary.
