The staff at Bell Bradburn Apartments are very accommodating, and welcoming! The community is very charming.

My time living here has been pretty good. I like the spaciousness of the 2BR townhome and the close proximity to several great local eateries (Ted's Montana Grill, 5280 Burger Bar) and grocery shopping (Sprouts, Whole Foods). The negative points: dog waste is a serious problem. Cars in fire lanes constantly and rent was raised after only one year living here. Even with the high prices of homes in the area, it would still be cheaper to buy at this point. The pet waste has gotten to the point that I am embarrassed to have people over to visit. And, sadly, that may be the main reason why I wouldn't renew my lease after 2024. I did renew thru 2024, but will likely be looking elsewhere when this current lease is up. read more

I'm writing this review after quite some time from my move out. Upon move in, the garage door and front door were wide open, like why??? Stove only had 2 function knobs, I literally had to take one knob off to turn on the other stove. No filter even in the unit, then wrong size given, then the huge intake at the top of their stairs had at least 20 years of CAKED on dust. Broken down cars parked everywhere Old, disgusting tile in bathrooms, place not properly cleaned So many more things I can't even remember. Only plus, was after all of our complaints they let us out of our lease with no penalty. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It's time for them sell to a company who cares, they need to remodel and hire people who actually work hard. read more

We moved in back in February and reported that several windows don't close. After seven follow-ups -- including an email to their "escalation" address -- we never heard a word from upper management. The front office confirmed our message but said the fix won't happen for two more months. Meanwhile, we've had to run AC with broken windows, literally throwing money out the window. The location and community are great, and the front office staff is kind, but management is unresponsive and slow to act -- even on long-standing issues. It's sad to feel ignored in a place you call home. This will be our first and last year here. read more

It's been 10 months and NO CHANGES. Well, there's one - they hired someone named Ashlie, and she's been a "peach " to talk to. So office became even worse with time somehow. My husband and I used to live there for 2 years. I loved that place, very nice people at the office, very welcome, pool with heater is all year, and nice clean gym, nice location, everything was closed, grocery, bars, park, mall ... My baby boy and I were always walking at the park,we had a nice time. Renesha at the office is the best, kind, nice, always welcomed and ready to help. I definitely recommend this place!!! read more

I have lived here 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it!! I have lived in many places around the world and this so far has been my favorite. The tour and lease signing were beyond easy and Renesha was the sweetest showing me around (twice!) When I moved in, they were so friendly and were there for anything I needed. The minor repairs I needed after move in (which were very small and I expected a lot more) were handled in a timely fashion and Ernie on the maintenance team is great. The apartments are set up so well that you don't share any walls with anyone! (at least not my A1A set up) That makes for a quiet living which I absolutely was in need of after living in LA. The community as a whole is quiet and tranquil. Being a single woman, I feel safe walking around at night and love exploring this area. Tons of restaurants, groceries and other retail in walking distance or less than a few minute drive. I am so grateful for this gorgeous property with so many beautiful details. I love this whole neighborhood and the trails/concrete bike path trails that run just a few blocks away. There are cute playgrounds and many green spaces around. A few dog parks in just 10 minute drive. They are always putting something on for the community too with food trucks which is great. Only Con, which is small, is in my A1A floorpan, there is not a lot of closet space. There are ample cabinets in the kitchen and two pantries but I just have the one closet in bedroom and small coat closet by the door. I don't have a dresser and it would be tight in the room with my king bed and two night stands (which is really all that fits) but if I had a queen bed and a dresser, it would be perfect. I am beyond grateful for my beautiful new home and so happy I chose Bell Bradburn! read more

When we moved here we thought this place was gonna be absolutely wonderful (that's how they sold it at least) but it turned out to be a nightmare. Upon move in it was dirty and almost every window didn't work and would just close when trying to open it, the kitchen window was broken and needed a replacement (it didn't happen and should've been fixed before we moved in), the carpet already looked used, and the washer and dryer made loud screeching noises when it ran a cycle. Not to mention it took almost 1.5 months to get a new washer and dryer cause ours didn't work. Ernie the maintenance guy came and fixed some things but there was still a lot that didn't get fixed! Plus they overwork the maintenance team and don't have enough workers for the amount things that need attention. The people in the office rarely even answer the phones or do they're job and when they do answer they are beyond disrespectful!! I'm not the only one who felt this way I talked to a neighbor who was living there five years and he was furious. He said it was the biggest mistake of his life moving there and we both expressed how rude the office people were and that they don't know how to run a business. (Multiple other people expressed the same thing...why do you think they're offering a $500 move in bonus, they have too many empty units) Christine and Ernie were the only ones that truly showed kindness to residents everyone else has major attitude. They have so many people leaving because they already over charge and tried to make us pay an extra $400 a month to as a renewal offer because "property value is going up" it was gonna be about $2700 plus utility bills for a 2 bedroom and it's not even in Denver. It would've been more worth it had everything been repaired and in working condition with genuine people in the community. We made over a $400 deposit and Gretchen swore we didn't even though we checked the transaction and amount she made it to where we got no money back at move out and ended up having to pay an extra $100. And not to mention her attitude when I asked questions and her rush to kick me out. Before we moved I called and talked to another lady and she thought I put $100 down and said we would still get some money back and then I told her we put more and she promised we would get some back instead we had to pay more. Do not move here it's a rip off ! There's so many hidden costs, things that "don't turn off" (everyone else's was off) and charge you more on bills, and they'll pretend to care and I'm sure fake reach out about my concerns but do not move here! read more

I have been at Bradburn Row Apartments for nearly 5 years now and absolutely love it there. I recently moved from one apartment to another as my old apartment needed to be renovated. I couldn't be happier in my new home! I am an older single guy who has been in the real estate business for 40 years as a residential sales person and a property manager. I have owned several homes during my life and presently enjoy renting as my family is grown and I don't need a big home any more. Besides the unique location near 120th and Bradburn there are restaurants, bars, banks, Whole Foods, fitness gyms and a very easy commute to DIA, Denver and Boulder - perfect! Bradburn is also unique in that it is primarily a Townhome rental Community with a few apartments added in, yes you can rent a townhome with an attached garage! Lastly, I can't say enough good things about Brandi the manager who has been there since I arrived 5 years ago. She is an outstanding manager and her crew (leasing agents and grounds maintenance) are the most pleasant people to work with. A special thanks to Amanda and Matt! Mark Alexander read more

I recently moved out of these apartments after two years. There are many pro's and con's but in the end my over all experience remained positive...my rating is a 4, and not a 3. I love the layout and the style of these apartments, even though they do need some upgrading and probably a make over in some of the units. Pros - Nice Community- Close to a lot - The Exchange and The Old Man, fun bars :) - Nice pool - Attached garages - No one above or below you, only next to you. In all my time, I could hear a neighbors dog run up or down the stairs, and the occasional thump thump of a radio.. but nothing major -Balconies - Three floors :) Left you feeling like you weren't in an apartment :) - 2.5 baths..AMEN BROTHER!! - Nice Maintenance Guys. Cons - Price!!! Seems like they didn't try hard enough to in-cent current, timely, good tenant to stay year after year. They are a bit pricey to begin with, but by the time I left... ouch. -Parking. You really need to do your research and assure you have a place that have options ( granted you have your garage and a spot in front of it... but what about guests?) - Sometimes they communicated in an unfriendly way. Person to person was always great... but they give you 'friendly" notices that are not so 'friendly'.. makes you feel like a criminal because their utility bill comes in AFTER you paid your rent... and they give you a notice like you're in BIG trouble if you don't pay that $40.00 utility bill NOW!!!!. Strange... Like I said... I really enjoyed most of living here, and maybe it had mostly to do with the layout, the area, the neighbors, and pet friendly. Price is the main reason I left here... and I had no problem getting my deposits back... all in less than 30 days from turning in my keys.... and that, my friends, HAS to account for something :) read more

We have been living here for six months, and moved into a completely remodeled unit. We love the location and the people who work in the office are very nice, but we are disappointed in the level of work that was done to the apartment. Most of the remodel was done 80% well and then just sloppy for the rest of it. Our dishwasher isn't connected to the wall, there are staples sticking out of the stairs, our closet doors fall off and our windows wouldn't shut all of the way. When we submit a request, it is very complicated to get someone to come in. We do have a dog, so we have to take him out of the apartment anytime maintenance needs to come in, but the maintenance team rarely comes when they say they will and have come and not had the correct parts to fix things. We lived in a drafty apartment for over three weeks because maintenance wasn't able to come when they said they would. The leasing team is very friendly, but I would like to see improvements in the reliability on the maintenance team. read more

Okay this is a rating on what I saw of the place since we have been looking at apartments and I haven't actually lived there. 1. Units themselves: We looked at two units, the two bedroom Perry Row and the Shaffer Heights. Both were nice places. The Shaffer Heights was kind of tight though. You have a 2 car garage but the stairway up just seem claustrophobic. I can't even imagine trying to move my couch into that place. The Perry Row was sweet though. If I had the money and didn't want to live in a house, this place could really fit our needs. Dwonfall is that it only has a one car garage. 2. Amenities: The clubhouse is a really nice place. Nice enough that they have weddings there. Nicer than some wedding venues I have shot in. There is a movie room with couches and big chairs. A pool table. A conference room and a business center with 2 24" iMac's (why I'm not sure, but they are nice). The gym is nice and they have a nice pool. Overall i would say this place has amazing features and if one has the money, worth every penny. read more

Dog poop everywhere. No one picks up after their dogs and maintenance doesn't help and management does nothing to stop people from being disgusting and inconsiderate of their neighbors. Dog poop on the sidewalks, all over the grass, it is a health issue. Parking is a joke, people park however they feel like it and management does nothing about it. Had my garage blocked, asked the neighbor nicely to move who told me I had to wait on them, called management who told me I had no recourse against the neighbor blocking me in my own garage. Cleanliness was not something that the staff at Bradburn apparently understood. Before we moved in we were told our apartment would be refreshed with new paint, new carpet and new floors. Well when we arrived the floor was already scuffed in multiple places and the people they had paint splattered white paint all over the floors. Probably painting without a drop cloth. The showers were dirty and stained and the carpet was already fraying at the edges in multiple places. Paper thin walls dividing the apartments. I could hear everytime the neighbor kids would run up and down the stairs or bang on the walls or doors at all hours throughout the day. Quite an unpleasant living experience. I can't speak for Lincoln Property Company as a whole but from the experience we had at Bradburn Row which they manage they charge an arm and a leg for apartments that they upkeep for pennies. Staff is rude, grounds are disgusting and parking is impossible unless your work day ends early and it's not Sunday, which the churchgoers park in the residents spots directly in front of their apartments but the residents aren't allowed to park in the spots directly in front of the church. In my opinion real slum lords. read more

This is a 5 star for follow up and customer service. Was interested in visiting the complex this weekend. Called to schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I called on Saturday morning to clarify some inconsistent information I discovered on the website. I didn't want to waste my or the agent's time. I decided to cancel my appointment via email (nothing against the complex). Renesha followed up via email, offered to reschedule. I let her know that I had found a place a bit better suited to our needs (location), and she sent a nice response back. I was impressed with the follow-up, more than I can say from others I've tried to communicate with. Thanks Renesha for your help. read more

I really enjoyed living here! I lived in the Perry Row for just over a year and the layout was great. The pool is really nice along with the club house. Everyone that lived in the complex was really friendly along with the staff. Pros: The layout of the apartment and attached garage with parking space behind. Plenty of storage space and large closets. The location is great as it's close to restaurants, shopping, and bike trail. Excellent management and maintenance service. Don't have to have people above or below you. Cons: You can hear your neighbors at times but you get that with living in an apartment. The rent price is high and utility bills can be high due to non-energy efficient air conditioner/heater. The garage area was small and street parking could be a challenge at times. Having to climb all the floors! read more

I would not recommend living in this apartment community. For starters, the management is not ethical. It seems they intentionally drag their feet when it comes to returning your deposit. The stock answer for when one should expect their refund check is 30-60 days. When the 30-60 days is up and you call them, they give you the same answer. Secondly, they hired a tow company to patrol the grounds in search of automobiles with expired plates. The tow company would place a sticker on your car if you were in violation threatening to tow the vehicle if your car wasn't in compliance. Why would an apartment management team want to cause their own tenents harm? I suspect they get a cut from the tow company for every car towed out of Bradburn. Finally, my apartment had a huge mold spot in the closet and in the bathroom. I started to feel ill- like a nagging cold. After a couple of weeks, I discovered the mold, and called the mangement office. They sent in a maintenance crew to fix the problem. What I believe they did was merely scrape out the mold and repaint it. I guarantee that mold will return and some other unsuspecting tenant will get sick too. read more

I moved to Bradburn from IL. I was relocating out here with no family or friends to advise me other than a realtor, and with 2 adult children who were also in transition. I was blown away and rightfully discouraged by the financial costs out here in Colorado. Ultimately, for the money, if you are not ready to buy a home and have to rent temporarily, I feel a resident cannot beat the value at Bradburn. We met so many nice people at the pool last summer in similar situations. You have a free pool, hot tub and grill areas, ample free parking, storage, and the rooms are of nice size. If a person looks at cheaper options such as fewer bedrooms, and then start to add in parking fees, storage costs, etc. if one has downsized from a single family home as I did, one soon realizes that this is a great place to live! In addition, I have had occasional things go wrong in my unit, but I was always pleased with the response time. In addition, I always received a kind note and often a text letting me know the repair was completed and asking if I had any questions. I feel people may want to think about if they were a homeowner, how quickly could they or would they have the tools and ability to fix the same issues. Everything is relative with a positive mindset! Finally, I truly feel indebted to the Bell Bradburn staff, including especially Renesha, Christine and Mary. I have been and continue to be going through a family crisis, and they have shown such kindness and understanding towards me, I really can never thank them all enough. In a growing metro area like Denver, I think it is always nice to look around at options before unleashing too many criticisms because unless one has lived elsewhere, you only know what you know and don't know what else is out there. My daughter moved out in February, and she already misses Bradburn, especially the quiet evenings with no traffic noise and beautiful streets and especially the beautiful Christmas decorations at the holidays. read more

I'm not one who typically writes reviews, but unfortunately I found that it was time to write this one as a former tenant of Bradburn who just moved out a few months ago. My husband, daughter, small dog and I moved out to CO over a year and a half ago as my husband accepted a new job out here. We were very limited with time and had to find a place to rent asap. I found several places in which we were interested in, including Bradburn. After looking at the pictures online and talking with one of the leasing agents, we decided to proceed with Bradburn. That was our first mistake - choosing a place over the Internet rather than seeing the actual space in person. When we arrived, I was ok with the place. It had much more carpet than I thought, the kitchen cabinets were very cheap, the bathrooms could be updated, etc. but I kept telling myself that we are only renting for a year until we were able to find where we wanted to live permanently. Additionally, I remember thinking to myself when we moved in that it seemed a little strange that a place would allow animals with carpet all throughout the apartment. This should have raised a huge red flag for me, but at the time I overlooked it. However, I did put down three big area rugs in the place - one in the dining nook, one in the living room and the other one in the baby's room. The carpet was a very light color and attracted dirt easily, so I wanted to help protect it. As mentioned above, we have a small dog, and she is trained to do her duties outside or on puppy pads while we're gone at work. She was only allowed in the living area, other rooms were off limits. As we all know, there are times when animals can have accidents, which ours did infrequently (also just as FYI we had to put a $700 pet deposit down). Moreover, because I like to live in clean, nice places, my husband and I professionally cleaned the carpet three times while we lived there. It wasn't just because of the dog. Anytime anyone came over, the carpet would attract dirt because it was so light and was all throughout the apartment - the minute you step foot in the place and go up the stairs. However, because I had area rugs all throughout the place there wasn't much room for us to clean. Well, just a few days ago I received a letter in the mail from Bradburn (thinking we finally got our deposit back), and they slapped us with a $1,000 bill due to having to replace all the carpet in the apartment due to pet urine, signed by leasing agent Evelyn Lucero. My jaw dropped and I was in tears. I couldn't believe it. That carpet was so filthy and old from day one, and I feel like we have been taken advantage of because we have an animal. I honestly feel that they were looking for a way to get the carpet replaced, and knowing that we had an animal gave them a way to do so. There is absolutely NO WAY the carpet in the ENTIRE apartment needed to be replaced due to our small 9 pound dog, who only was allowed in the living room to begin with and we had several area rugs to help protect the carpet. It was one thing when they raised our rent by $400 to go month-to-month for a few months while we were in the process of closing on a home, but now for us to have to pay them $1,000 for all new carpet is absolutely disappointing and absurd. Honestly, if you're looking for a new apartment in the area don't go here, especially if you have a family and/ or animals. It's definitely not as nice as the pictures on the Internet show, and it was extremely difficult getting our furniture in and out of the apartment due to narrow hallways. In addition, the landscaping needs a lot of work (they never cut our rose bushes the entire time we lived there), most of the blinds were and still are discolored yellow, we had neighbors who smoked a lot and we could always smell it in our place, and Bradburn agents allow children to play in reclaimed water. They have a community water/ sprinkler area in which many children frequent during hot days, and our child happened to be one of them. We thought it was safe because there aren't any signs posted saying it's reclaimed water and many other children were playing in the water. However, one day a particular Bradburn leasing agent told us how badly the water was saying, "it has urine in it", and proceeded to say that she and the other agents don't tell the other kids. They just let them play in this filthy water. All in all, it ruined our first year's experience living in CO. I'm just happy we're in a new home now and hoping things will go much more smoothly. We have a few friends moving here within the next year, and we told them to not even think about looking at Bradburn. There are MUCH nicer places out there. We just weren't fortunate enough to have the time to find those good places. Lesson learned. read more

My experience so far in almost 18 months (only a few more thank god) is that the community is truly terrible. I've had multiple problems here, the number one problem being crime. Cars are constantly getting broken into and if you have a package left at your door you can almost count on it being stolen. Not only that but people here aren't of great quality and will harass you, try and scare you, and generally be creeps. There's only one person in the office that has continued to have good customer service skills. The rest of them, the women specifically, will try and belittle you, condescend you, and are overall rude and unhelpful. At one point my kitchen sink actually fell through the granite in the kitchen breaking the dishes inside. They came the next day to fix it, got halfway through and decided not to hook the plumbing back up and left it without telling me what they were doing or why. When I got home and saw it unfinished I had to call to try and get somebody to try and finish it. Multiple times I have had maintenance in my apartment and close my bedroom door so they don't go in there but every time I see the door is open and that they have gone in. read more

I have lived in Bradburn for two years and I have had nothing but problems with them. My first place (Shaffer Heights model) flooded, they gave me two options. Move out till they fix everything or move down the street to a new place in two days. We asked if they can help hire us movers since this wasn't our fault and we got NOTHING. I should have ran then but instead moved down the street. If your paying so much money to live in a place like this, you would think you would get treated with respect. That is sadly wrong, once you sign a lease Bradburn already has your money so they don't care. Aside from their wonderful plumbing (NOT) they have the worst management ever. Jeff is unprofessional and lacks serious customer service skills. He should also get educated with their leasing policies, because now after I broke my lease and I was told BY JEFF several times that they would not charge me any penalties because they already have someone moving in, I get a $1600 bill from Carmel Properties saying I owe a penalty. When we called Jeff to ask him if there was a confusion, he is now claiming he never said any of that. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BRADBURN OR ANY CARMEL PROPERTIES TO FRIENDS/FAMILY and I will sure as hell never be living there ever again. read more
