I read the business managers response to my girlfriend Brice's review and no clarification is needed. At checkout her precise verbage was that 20% was expected. We felt very uncomfortable and it was a very rude ending to what started out to be a great experience.

I had been told over the phone the price would be $240 so I brought $260. When I went to pay the lady made me feel horrible and embarrassed when she questioned my tip! She obviously could speak English when she told me 20% was expected! I said that is all I have and if they EXPECT a tip, they should include it in the price. I wish I had just taken the $20 back and told her if that wasn't good enough, I'd take it back! But, I didn't. I personally make $15 an hour, so this was a big spend for me and I was excited to experience it with my boyfriend only to have it ruined by rudeness.
