I filled out paperwork and paid my copay.....and then sat in the waiting room for half an hour. My 1pm appointment time came and went, and no one told me anything, though during that hour I discovered that there were two other people, also waiting for a 1pm appointment with him. He TRIPLE-BOOKED the appointment time. Finally I'm taken into a back room, the nurse takes my blood pressure, and.....I wait some more. I arrived at 12:40pm for a 1:00pm appointment, and he didn't walk into the room until 1:45pm. He offered no apologies or information on why he was late. He spent ten minutes with me, half of which was spent paying more attention to his medical student than me, and the other half of which he spent standing up and edging towards the door. Because he came so highly recommended, I decided to give him another chance and scheduled my pre-op, operation, and post-op. I arrived today at my designated appointment time, with appointment card in hand, and was told that I was in their system for next week and would have to come back then. I told them no, my appointment is very clearly written as today, and in return they cancelled all of my other appointments, including my surgery, and told me to find another doctor. Dr. O'Hare then called my endocrinologist to say that this egregious mix-up was somehow my fault, despite the fact that I showed up when they told me to in writing, and that he refused to ever see me again. Dr. O'Hare isn't a doctor at all. He triple-books appointments, spends more time trying to get away from patients than to care for them, and blames the patient for his office's mistakes. Anyone who cancels surgery on a cancer patient because his office screwed up doesn't deserve to call themselves a medical professional, and shouldn't be allowed to operate on people.

She had excellent reviews online, so I made an appointment and was able to get in relatively quickly. Mind you, I set the bar pretty high -- my previous doctor of many years was awesome, and what's more important than your health? It seems like most doctors these days (when you can finally get in to see them) are in and out as quickly as possible and treat questions as an annoyance rather than a legitimate right to understand your own conditions and treatments. Both Dr. Krish and her staff were amazing. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health history so she could prescribe appropriate screenings. She explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is also available for virtual visits when I'm traveling. Crystal went above and beyond to answer a question about my insurance coverage for a particular test (something my provider was incapable of answering correctly). So I can't recommend this office highly enough, even though doing so might make her too popular and (selfishly) less available for me.

He and his staff were excellent at getting all the needed prep work done for my short notice surgery. Being able to have the surgery done at an outpatient facility near his office was a bonus. Dr Frye sadly ruined the use of my hand and my career as a vet nurse…read more After his botched my surgery, I have had to have 2 further surgeries for correction from his shoddy work. I went to Jewett Orthopedics in Orlando for repair of his work. I would go anywhere but to Doctor Frye. Brief History: I saw Dr Frye for cortisone shots in a failing pip joint, he recommended finger pip surgery as shots were not working. I informed him I would like to have joint replacement but he insisted it was not possible, which many doctors since then have said that it was totally possible. This was his first lie. Next, was the condition of my finger post surgery as it came out leaning to one side badly plus it was excruciatingly painful. In addition, I found out that he also injured a tendon in his surgery and never told me. It had to be repaired as well in a further surgery, and when I complained to him, his words were "Well I thought I got it straight". He sent me to hand therapy and the therapist commented on the poor surgery result. As a result they tried to splint it straight, 3 times. That didn't work, it was painful to try and they even splint to go leaning it the opposite way! And he did not stop there as he then told me I had to pay for it to be corrected from his shoddy handy work and even offreed to cut my finger off! That is when I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! To correct his shoddy I had to have a pin inserted the length of my finger, down the bone in my finger for over 6 months to repair the tendon. Also, the fused joint had to be re-broken and a long plate was inserted. Then another surgery to remove the plate. To this day, it is still painful and hard to even use. (2 years on). I cannot use my finger for work or life in general. I cannot grasp my hand. I cannot use it without residual ache for hours, and a burning sensation, and I was only 59 when he did it. In conclusion, sadly all I can say is he didn't care. He turned on his heels, as after I begged for help, he just said well we can "cut it off" and then he walked out of the consult room. I'll bet this would be different if it was his botched finger surgery! My career and life was assisting in surgery with the animals. Now I can't even fill a syringe. Lastly, once you remove a joint you cannot ever replace it. Be very careful to ever remove a joint as it's irreversible, so I suggest you consider a replacement joint instead. Please research people! This surgeon may be kind to other people but he destroyed my daily life, cooking, cleaning, writing, carrying.,but most of all, I can never work again properly.
